Interpretation Of Lyudmila Ultskaya's "Sonechka" From The Perspective Of Existential Feminism

Ludmila Evgenevna ulitskaya is a famous contemporary Russian female writer and film dramatist.She is one of the representative writers of Russian contemporary female literature.She was honored as one of the "three carriages" of Russian contemporary female literature.She was famous for her novel ?Sonechka ?,published in 1995.Since the 1990 s,her works have gradually attracted great attention at home and abroad in Russia.In particular,the literary critics generally affirmed the her contributions to the development of contemporary literature in Russia and the world.Of course,her works have gradually become the research objects of literary academic research at all levels and in different forums.With her keen insight and profound wisdom,Ludmila Evgenevna vividly depicts the relationship between men and women in her ground breaking work ?Sonechka?.Through the author's description,we debunked the dilemma of "the other" faced by Sonechka.Faced with Vicka in her first love,her husband Robert,and orphan Yaxia,Sonechka was invariably placed in the presence of the other.Sonechka has her own consciousness of the situation of "the other",but she does not resist without any orders.Instead,she chooses to be kind to others freely.For example,Sonechka did not retaliate against Vicka's violence and was as kind to Robert and Yaxia as ever.Mr.Behaviors of Sonechka show that in the life she is willing to accept the inherent internality.When she was regarded as "the other",she successfully overcome the difficulties,realized the transcendence of spirit,was the embodiment of free subjects.This is good for the female consciousness of freedom and helps to encourage women to freedom from her predicament.In this paper,we take Simone Beauvoir's existentialist feminism as the theoretical basis,and her views are mainly from the book ?Second sex ?.The theory includes such concepts as "other","immanence" and "transcendence".Research purpose of the paper is that we link the novel with theory of existentialism feminism.We are from a new point of view,on the basis of previous achievements,give the novel a new interpretation,excavate the inherent value of the novel,from the height of the philosophy thinking about the novel,containing profound and beneficial truthes to women.In order to achieve the research aim,we use literature method of research,case study method and system analysis method.These methods provide convenience for us to choose the topic and analyze the thesis.
