Ulan Muqi's Inheritance And Development Of Local Culture From The Perspective Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Wu lan mu qi is a comprehensive grass-roots cultural institution set up by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government in the late 1950s to carry out the cultural work of the ethnic people in the pastoral areas,to activate the cultural life of the ethnic people and to publicize the ethnic policies.For more than 60 years,Wu lan mu qi has made an important contribution in inheriting the traditional culture of the ethnic group and carrying forward the excellent culture of the ethnic group.With the country's attention to the development of grass-roots cultural undertakings,Inner Mongolia's Wu lan mu qi has reentered the vision of people.In 2017,Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a reply to Wu lan mu qi in Sonid Right Banner,Xilingol League,confirmed the positive role of Wu lan mu qi in history and today's life,and also made the society more aware of,familiar with and began to study this "Red light cavalry of art",which is mainly focuses on performance,and serves as publicity,guidance,service,creation and innovation.In many studies of Wu lan mu qi,the author discusses the new era of Wu lan mu qi from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.In view of this,based on the in-depth understanding of the current situation of intangible cultural heritage in Xin Barag Left Banner,Hulun Buir,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper,by means of literature research,field investigation and comparative research,takes Wu lan mu qi in Xin Barag Left Banner as an example to explore its role in local culture.Barag long song,"Zhe ren hei" dance and Barag heroic epic are the typical cultural representatives of Xin Barag Left Banner,and also the local culture that is mainly inherited and developed by Wu lan mu qi.These intangible cultural heritage have their own unique content and form of inheritance and development in the folk.In contrast,Wu lan mu qi has formed its unique content and form too.In order to illustrate the role of Wu lan mu qi in the inheritance and development of local culture,the author divides this paper into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research origin,problems,purposes,significance and research methods of this topic,the current research status of this topic and the definition of related concepts.In the first chapter,the author mainly introduces the overview of Wu lan mu qi in Inner Mongolia,the situation of Wu lan mu qi and intangible cultural heritage in Xin Barag Left Banner.In the second chapter,the development of Barag long song,"Zhe ren hei"dance,Barag heroic epic in the folk and Wu lan mu qi are described.In this chapter,the author also takes the specific Barag long song "He se de xiong ying","Zhe ren hei" dance,Barag heroic epic "Xi lin ga la zhu ba te er" as an example to compare and discuss the development of intangible cultural heritage in folk and Wu lan mu qi.In the last chapter,the author discusses the inheritance and development of Wu lan mu qi to the local intangible cultural heritage from the historical mission and the function of local culture.
