In 2007,Li Ruijun directed his first film Summer Solstice,which won the best film special award of the 9th intermational independent film festival of Greece and was nominated for the 37th Rotterdam international film festival,thus opening the source of Li Ruijun’s film creation.What Li Ruijun focuses on is the peopled livelihood and ordinary people.The story of the film is full of care and power.Although it is low-key and plain,it is also sharp.Li Ruijun works related to home background,more attention and groups of children,the old man living state film realism style,as a man northwest Li Ruijun film can penetrate the northwest people stubborn,from the The Old Donkey to Fly With The Crane to River Road,to Walking Past the Future,from the land of clinging to the city,to the people of the pursuit of life and death,Li Ruijun continually complained of the nation,the land and the relationship between human and land,use the thing of the past connection dissatisfaction with reality.In the film,it is one of the important means for the director to use the image to reveal the theme.This article emphatically to Li Ruijun movie’s "rural trilogy," the typical rural space image,specific and detailed analysis on the space theory as the basic foothold,space culture theory and semiotic theory to explore the space in the movie image analysis,to reveal a space image behind the extension of the Chinese rural culture symbolic significance,and on the basis of the discourse power and space do deep discussion and interpretation of the aesthetic connotation.Along with accelerating China’s modernization,social cultural values continue to develop in the direction of pluralism,rising national culture conflict,village culture is invaded by the modem urban culture gradually,especially under the condition of current industrialization expansion extremely,factories,roads,mechanized production constantly flock to the Midwest rural and urban,such as in promoting the modernization at the same time,also bring to the influence of different local culture.These films and television works provide a multiple linear map for China,s modernization process,especially in the context of the rapid development of the contemporary industrialization process,but also can cause people to stop and think about the typical significance of The Times culture and modernity.The author mainly selects three works,The Old Donkey,Fly With The Crane,River Road,shot by director Li Ruijun in 2010,2012 and 2014,as the object of analysis and research,and makes a detailed observation and interpretation of the film text.Based on the text analysis of the film,the iaage of rural space in the film is excavated in depth,and the representative space model is actively sought.The relationship between man and nature,man and animal,and man and space is shaped by the typical relationship.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter takes the basic overview of the works of director Li Ruijun as the entry point,looks for the characteristics of the works,and generally grasps the research progress of the image of the paper.The second chapter is mainly to Li Ruijun film art space in the image and cultural expression,focused on looking for the typical things in film text,using the appropriate for digging depth according to the theory of knowledge,text analysis theory by means of typical significance,summarizes the outline the characteristics and function of the rendered Li Ruijun film space.The third chapter,based on the characteristics of narrative space,studies the image-like expression of Li Ruijun’s film narration,and makes a further study from the perspectives of spatial rhetoric,spatial modeling and spatial structure,to explore how Li Ruijun’s film USES film narration to express and interpret spatial images,thus exerting different influences on the audience.The fourth chapter discusses the realistic conflict and power struggle of space image,looks for the representation basis of "symbolization" of space rights in the film text,and expresses life philosophy and social reflection with the help of space rights.
