Inner Realism

Mark Chagall is an outstanding artist in the 20 th century.He was born in a Jewish family.His hometown is Belarus.He changed his nationality and settled in France.He has multiple identities.The painter's rich immigration experience provided him with the opportunity to contact with various art schools and cultural thoughts,and also left traces in his works.The fantasy and innocence in Chagall's paintings is the Utopia pursued by many art creators.His works give very important enlightenment for later generations to learn to depict the inner world,which is summarized as "inner realism" in this paper.This paper analyzes and studies Chagall's painting language,that is,how to express the artistic means of "inner realism",by consulting a large number of relevant materials and periodicals at home and abroad,as well as his appreciation of Chagall's paintings.
