On The Aesthetic Characteristics Of Grotesque Artistic Images

People’s material level and spiritual connotation in life are constantly improving,the pursuit of the quality of works of art is also rising,the traditional aesthetic has been tired,need the impact of new things.The emergence of grotesque art has brought great impact and shock to people’s vision,so that people have a new understanding of the aesthetic category,but also let people have a new understanding and thinking about the real society.This paper studies the causes of the use of grotesque artistic images in painting by three famous artists,Soutine,Otto Dix and Bacon,and the aesthetic characteristics of grotesque phenomena in grotesque aesthetics Sign.The three artists used grotesque rhetorical devices to enrich the effect of the picture and fully express the author’s inner feelings.In the era of painting as the mainstream,the evolution of their painting image inSoutine,Otto Dix and Bacon has had a profound and great influence in the history of art,so they are also landmark figures in the history of western art.The article is divided into five parts,gradually research from the simple to the deep: the first part describes the rise and development of grotesque aesthetics and the connotation of grotesque in detail,as well as the research on the aesthetic characteristics of grotesque works of art,and specifically analyzes the grotesque art’s abnormality,imago,ugliness deterioration,strangeness and diversification.The second part analyzes the works created by three artists: Sudin,Dix and bacon,and discusses the spiritual power and the spiritual meaning brought by the grotesque style.The third part analyzes the composition,color,brushwork,artistic conception and the source of creation of the specific works of art of three artists,including Sudin,Dix and bacon,and studies the painting form language in the grotesque artistic image of the three artists.Focus on the formation of expression language and spiritual factors in the grotesque,so that people can have a deeper understanding of their inner world and works of art.Among them,the formal language of painting includes the colors,composition and strokes of three artists,namely,Sudin,Dix and bacon,which are transformed into visual language to express the deep spiritual and emotional connotation.The fourth part studies the value and significance of grotesque images in the art history of three artists,Sudin,Sikes and bacon.From the perspective of modern aesthetics,the three artists’ works deal with the relationship between society,human and nature.They use their unique artistic language of grotesque art style to show the real reaction of real life to people’s harm,and their artistic creation It reflects the appeal to the ideal society and endows the work with spiritual meaning.The fifth part draws the conclusion through the aesthetic characteristics of grotesque artistic images created by three artists: Sudin,Dix and bacon.At the same time,it studies the influence of grotesque artistic images on contemporary painting,which further raisesthe problem expectation for grotesque aesthetics.In view of this,this paper attempts to analyze the causes and implications of the grotesque artistic image in the painting from the artistic language of the three painters’ painting performance combined with the specific works of the three painters,so as to discuss the aesthetic characteristics of the grotesque artistic image in the paintings of Soutine,Dix and Bacon.
