The history of Chinese people’s cognition of the Soviet Union occupies an important position in the history of Sino-Russian relations and the history of Modern Chinese thought.Lu Xun was a famous writer and cultural activist in modern China.He made great achievements in the fields of literary creation,literary criticism,literary history research and foreign literary translation.Lu Xun’s cognition of the Soviet Union is of typical significance.This paper tries to study the image of The Soviet Union in Lu Xun’s mind,namely lu Xun’s cognition,evaluation and attitude towards the Soviet Union,and expounds the process of Lu Xun’s cognition of the Soviet Union,the elements of constructing the image of The Soviet Union in Lu Xun’s mind,and the limitations of the image.
