In this paper, the Japanese students in the intermediate stage are taken as objects of the study. This paper summarizes the errors when they acquired Chinese modal particles "Ba","Ma" and "Ne" by giving out the questionnaire and analyzing the collected data.We classify the errors and analyze the causes, then put forward the relevant improvement measures in the future. This paper is divided into six chapters, including four chapters of the main body, plus the introduction and conclusion. In the introduction part, this paper describes the purpose, significance, theoretical basis, research methods, innovations and points out the research scope and corpus source. We also sums up the general situation of ontology research of "Ba","Ma" and "Ne" at present and the relevant research results in the field of TCSL.In the second chapter,we sums up Chinese modal particles Ba,Ma and Ne,from three perspectives of semantics, syntax and pragmatics. In the third chapter,we compares the Chinese modal particles "Ba","Ma" and "Ne" with their Japanese final particle, and then finds the corresponding relationship between Chinese modal particles "Ba","Ma","Ne" and Japanese final particle is complex. There are a lot of similarities and differences between "Ba","Ma","Ne" and there corresponding Japanese words in semantic, syntactic and pragmatic levels. In the fourth chapter of this paper,we summarizes the results of the questionnaire. This paper finds that the acquisition of mood words "Ba","Ma" and "Ne" by Japanese students at intermediate Chinese level is not balanced. The acquisition of the modal word "Ba" is the best, followed by the modal word "Ma",and finally the modal word "Ne".In the fifth chapter,we classified the errors in the questionnaire. This paper divides the errors into three categories: mixed use, misuse and omission, and then analyzes the causes of the errors from the perspectives of negative transfer of mother tongue, negative transfer of target language, learning strategy and communicationstrategy, teaching methods and teaching materials. In the sixth chapter of this paper according to the current acquisition of "Ba","Ma" and "Ne" by Intermediate Japanese students, five suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language for Japanese students of intermediate Chinese level, aiming to contribute to the improvement of teaching methods related to Chinese as a second language in the future. The conclusion of this paper summarizes the whole paper and points out the shortcomings of this study.
