Thoughts On The Creation Of The Jungle Series Of Oil Paintings

Bush Realism is a concept in literary theory which develops from realism.Being the native culture of Australia and mainly based on the description of “bush”,the local terrain features of Australia,it shapes the images of “bushmen”and manifests the noble traditions and excellent qualities of the Australian nation at that time.This paper firstly discusses the application of “Bush Spirit” in painting in the Bush Realism literature.Then it briefly introduces the literature of Bush Realism,and the influence of Bush Spirit,Bush Solitude and Bush Struggle on the theme of painting in bush novels.The paper is comprised of four parts: introduction,main body,conclusion and references.The introduction and the main body are divided into four chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which introduces the reason and value of the topic selection of this paper,and the research status,research methods and research ideas of related subjects at home and abroad.Chapter two includes the literature of Bush Realism and the theme of oil painting creation.It makes a general introduction to the development and origin of Bush Realism literature,as well as the influence of “Bush Spirit”in realistic novels on the theme of Bush series oil painting.Chapter three is about the creative process of the Bush series,which describes the creation's whole conception and process in detail.Chapter four is the reflection on the oil painting of Bush series.It involves the feelings and gains after the completion of Bush series and the theoretical thinking on painting.
