Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Mental Health Of The Grassroots Leading Cadres

As a cadre group at the end of management level,grassroots leading cadres are working in the front line.They are the concrete executors of the policies made by the Party and the government at the grassroots level,the organizers and conductors of social development and stability at the grassroots level,and also are direct responsible persons.The special role status of grassroots leading cadres determines their good psychological quality and healthy personality,plays an important basic role in the work practice at the grassroots level.In this paper,we focus on the mental health and use it as an analysis perspective to investigate the mental health status of grassroots leading cadres in one district of a provincial city,and by using survey research method,literature research method and comparatively research method,this study quasi-empirically answered three essential questions about the mental health status of grassroots leading cadres.How about the mental health status of the grassroots leading cadres at present?What factors mainly affect the mental health of the grassroots leading cadres?How to improve the quality of mental statu of the grassroots leading cadres?Thus in order to analysis the mechanism of the mental health status of the grassroots leading cadres,and to provide the basis and the reference to team management of the grassroots leading cadres.Based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,we find that:Firstly,In this district,the proportion of people with certain psychological problems in the grassroots leading cadres is in the normal range.Secondly,The mental health level of the grassroots leading cadres in this area is lower than that of the whole country.Finaly,The mental health problems of the grassroots leading cadres in this area are mainly manifested in four aspects:anxiety,stress,job burnout,psychological imbalance,pessimism and depression.Analyzing the reasons,both are the objective influences of external environment,and the subjective factors of the grassroots leading cadres themselves,mainly are three reasons:Under the new situation,the pressure of the grassroots leading cadres has been rising steadily.The self adjustment ability of the grassroots leading cadres is weak.The method of organizing psychological counseling is relatively simple.Based on the above findings,it is recommended that the basic strategy for promoting the quality of mental statu of the grassroots leading cadres is the Party and government's concern,and self-regulation.The key is to realize the mutual communication and mutual promotion between organizational management and grassroots leading cadres'self-management,through the combination of traditional educational management and professional methods and means.
