Community social organizations as one of the multiple governance body,because of its autonomy,non-profit,voluntary and other features and advantages,more and more attention in the community governance,at the same time,also plays a unique role and advantages of itself,enhance the ability and the level of community governance,together with the other main body shape the pattern of diversity in work mode and the community.As a result,the problems in the research community social organizations in community governance,to better understand the role of the play,as well as its current cooperation with multi-main-body governance problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems,to understand the governance theory in the application of the community level,and effectively promote the ability of the community governance,inevitably has very important theory value and practical significance.Based on multivariate work mode of community social organizations a governance body,through the study of the necessity of its participation in community governance,role definition and function,as a research base.In this article,the author through to the jinan street community social organizations above visit and interviews with members of the community social organizations and community residents,low residents to participate,and the problem of low credibility of community social organizations,and the cause of these problems due to the government control and residents' committees administrative color,community residents lack of public spirit,strong social organization capacity is limited and supervision mechanism is not sound.Based on this,advances the multiple work mode concrete countermeasures of community social organizations to participate in community governance,mainly including the construction of community social organization and coordination mechanism between multiple subject,the guarantee mechanism of the community social organizations to participate in community governance and optimize the community social organizations to participate in community governance capacity cultivation mechanism.This not only for their own development community social organizations is of great significance,but also improved its ability to participate in community governance in diverse work mode,thus truly realize the modernization of community management system and management ability.
