Research On Democratic Parties' Participation In Politics

Multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is a special political system in China.As a participating party,the democratic parties,closely focusing on the central work of party committees and governments at all levels of the communist party of China,fully perform the functions of participating parties,earnestly carry out investigation and research,and actively offer advice and Suggestions,making contributions that cannot be ignored for economic development,political civilization and social harmony.However,the present situation of democratic parties participating in and discussing politics does not match with their duty functions.At the same time,with the continuous development and progress of the society,new social problems are constantly emerging,and the ability of democratic parties to participate in and discuss politics faces more complicated and changeable challenges.In October 2017,the 19th CPC national congress was held,and a series of new concepts,new ideas and new strategies for governance were put forward.As a participating party,it is imperative to systematically study and analyze the participation and discussion of the democratic parties,whether in order to shoulder the mission of the era of"realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" or to cope with the many challenges that will emerge from the subsequent development.Taking of the Zhigong party committee of Yangzhou as the research object,such as democratic participation,deliberative democracy theory combined with practical work of the democratic parties participate in,mainly around the "one in and three with".This paper discusses the work of the Zhigong party committee of Yangzhou participate in process,political quality and political participation and political characteristics of deficiencies,and analyzes the causes of these problems from the ideological understanding,system and mechanism,the democratic parties and participate in building their own job security,etc.To improve democratic parties' participation in and discussion of politics,we should first adhere to the four principles,the leadership of the communist party,participation in politics for the people,high-quality development and participation in politics according to law.We should improve the system and mechanism for participating in and discussing politics,and stimulate the vitality of participating in and discussing politics.We should strengthen the construction of participating parties and improve their ability to participate in and discuss politics.We should strengthen job security for political participation and discussion and improve the effectiveness of political participation.Participation in and discussion of politics is one of the most basic and important political functions of the democratic parties in China and also an important criterion to measure the effectiveness of their work.Based on the new situation and taking the Zhigong party committee of Yangzhou as an example,this paper studies the performance of the functions of democratic parties to participate in and discuss politics.
