On The Criminal Custodial System

As a kind of the criminal warrant system to force Criminal suspects or defendants to reach the designated place questioned,the arrest in criminal coercive measures of our country occupies an important place in the system.This paper intends to systematically explain criminal warrant system of our country and its similar system,such as the comparison of summons and lien and the comparison of forms of rumors and draw on the relevant investigation and case system from the outside,from the macro point of view to adjust the stop and questioned and the arrest and subpoena and criminal warrant syestem,to adjustment the differences between the system.On the other hand,from the microscopic point of view,starting from the criminal warrant system itself,some defects of the measures are corrected.In the future,it will build a bridge between academic and practical circles.The latest results of theoretical research will be used in specific judicial work to play a guiding role.
