Research On Improving The Learning Ability Of Grassroots Cadres In The New Era

In the new era,there are many opportunities and challenges in the fields of politics,economy,environment,culture and society in China,which put forward higher requirements for grassroots cadres' governing ability.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward eight kinds of abilities to be strengthened in an all-round way at the Nineteenth National Congress,and put forward specific requirements.Among them,strengthening the learning ability is the most important,improving the working ability of grass-roots cadres by improving their learning ability,eliminating the ability panic.Grass-roots cadres,as the basic force in the new era of the Party's ruling,facing the new opportunities and challenges in the new era,should establish the concept of lifelong learning,constantly update the knowledge reserve,master scientific learning methods,keep pace with the pace of the era of knowledge-based economy,so as to promote the development of China's socialist cause.Promoting the learning ability of grass-roots cadres is not only the inevitable requirement of the development of the times,but also the urgent need of today's society.It is also the only way to improve the ruling ability and the necessary prerequisite to improve the ruling level.However,in practice,some grassroots cadres' learning ability still has some outstanding problems,such as lack of enthusiasm for learning,aging knowledge structure and weak thinking ability.The reasons for these problems are not only the subjective problems of insufficient attention to the thought of grass-roots cadres and relatively backward learning methods,but also the objective reasons for the imperfect system construction of grass-roots units.On the basis of probing into the problems and analyzing the reasons,this paper finally gives constructive suggestions: to strengthen ideological education for grass-roots cadres,to improve the system of grass-roots units,and to be diligent and thoughtful for grass-roots cadres.It needs to be pointed out that the improvement of grassroots cadres' learning ability is still in the process of exploration,and the relevant research materials are few.The research in this area is challenging and difficult.
