Research On The "Demolition And Resettlement Type" Community Management In Industrial Parks

With the continuous advancement of China's modernization and urbanization,the economy keeps developing,the industrial park is increasingly prosperous,and the urban scale keeps expanding.The land originally belonging to the rural areas around the city is designated as the industrial park for industrial development,and farmers who have lost their land are concentrated in the new communities in the suburbs.With the development of urbanization,more and more new things are emerging,among which the relocation community in industrial parks is not uncommon.Due to China's long-term practice of urban and rural dual system,industrial zone demolition the type of relocation community residents though purely on identity from "farmers" became out of agricultural work "citizens",but industrial zone demolition the type of relocation complex community special origins,characteristics,in the process of community construction and management still exist many problems.Taking guanshan community in rizhao city,shandong province as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the basic situation and development dilemma of public management of relocation type community in industrial parks by using case analysis method,literature analysis method,interview method,and puts forward strategies to improve community management.The article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly defines relevant concepts,including community,resettlement community in industrial parks,and community management,and analyzes the research theories on community construction and community management at home and abroad in combination with relevant theories.The second part introduces the formation background,development history and basic characteristics of resettlement community in industrial park.Taking guanshan community in rizhao city,shandong province as an example,this paper analyzes the current management situation of the relocation community in the industrial park,focusing on the management mode,management subject,financial management,public service and management rules and regulations.The third part expounds the difficulties and causes in guanshan community management in industrial parks,including administrative community management,management team construction,management financial investment,follow-up guarantee,community public service and community integration.The fourth part,based on the thinking of improving the management of resettlement community in industrial parks,puts forward several ideas and specific measures,including five levels of optimization measures.The first level is to transform government functions and deepenthe reform of community management system.The second level is to expand and improve the community management talent team construction;The third level is to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,and to broaden the source of community management funds;The fourth level is to keep pace with The Times and improve the function of community public service.Thefifth level is the development of community culture,cohesion of community residents spiritual identity.This paper tries to grasp the development pulse of the construction and management of the resettlement community in the industrial park,and puts forward some useful opinions on the management and future work of the resettlement community,so as to better meet the needs of economic and social development.
