Research On The Feasibility Of Abolishing The Death Penalty System In Our Country

The five-thousand-year Chinese civilization has a long history.As one of the important punishments recognized and used by the ruling class in the past dynasties,death penalty has been playing an irreplaceable role in the long history of penalty.With the development of society,thought and civilization,death penalty is likely to die out and disappear in the long history.Many countries around the world have started to abolish the death penalty applies,as a socialist country in China,the social system has a bigger superiority,be influential in the world,should also combining with the condition of rapid economic development,the thought rapid progress,with prospective and future-oriented perspective to study the abolition of the death penalty,the gradual adjustment penalty system in China,on the basis of sufficient demonstration in promoting the abolition of the death penalty.China has made some achievements in the research on the methods of abolishing death penalty.This paper focuses on the feasibility of abolishing death penalty in China from multiple perspectives.Firstly,the paper analyzes the evolution of China's death penalty system and the ideology of Chinese citizens surrounding the death penalty.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in China's death penalty system and summarizes the trends of the research on the abolition of death penalty in China's legal theory circle.It can be seen that there is a certain theoretical basis for the abolition of death penalty.Then,through the statistical analysis of the current situation of the death penalty system in foreign countries with developed legal system,this paper explains what can be used for reference in the abolition of death penalty in China.Finally,this paper proposes the reasons for China to speed up the abolition of death penalty.Firstly,it discusses the inevitability of the abolition of death penalty from the perspective of historical development experience,and discusses the reasons for the abolition of death penalty from the perspective of the development trend of the death penalty system in today's world.According to the full text,this paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from the aspects of ideological and cultural guidance,economic development promotion and system replacement.
