Since the21st century,the aging problem in China has become increasingly prominent and gradually aggravated.China has entered an era of population aging,which will bring new shocks to the entire economy and society.With the gradual disappearance of the population dividend in China,the pressure of pension payment is increasing,the retirement and late retirement have become the focus of discussion in recent years.From the hot topics discussed and related studies,the retirement age of female groups has become an important part of the reform.The implementation of the policy involves the interests of all parties,so the study of the interests of the main body has become the primary issue.Before formulating the policy on women's delayed retirement,we should first consider the willingness of women to delay retirement and its influencing factors,so as to formulate reasonable policies on this basis and reduce the resistance encountered in the implementation of the policy.This paper combines literature research with empirical analysis,combs domestic and foreign scholars' research on relevant issues,and constructs an analytical framework of women's willingness to delay retirement from the life cycle model,the optimal retirement model and the family life cycle model.Based on the national survey data of CHARLS 2015 and descriptive statistical analysis,this paper uses binary logistic model to analyze the impact of four factors on women's willingness to delay retirement.The study found that:(1)among the individual characteristics,the older the female,the stronger the desire to delay retirement;in addition,women with agricultural household registration tend to delay retirement.(2)Cognitive status has a significant impact on women's willingness to delay retirement.The more educated women are,the more reluctant they are to delay retirement.the less satisfied they are with their health,the more reluctant they are to delay retirement.(3)Among the working factors,the longer the working years are(the longer the working years are),the more reluctant the female workers are to delay retirement.Posts and titles also have a significant impact on women's willingness to delay retirement.(4)Women who have spouses and need to look after their grandchildren are less willing to delay retirement.(5)Among the economic factors,the personal cash,bank deposits,stocks,bonds,housing provident fund and other assets is negatively correlated with women's willingness to delay retirement.Finally,according to the results we get,this paper means to put forward the implementation of flexible retirement policies by industry and by sub-population,and proposes to improve relevant supporting measures,including appropriately delaying the retirement age of women through a gradual and orderly approach,safeguarding women's interests from various angles,improving the pension payment mechanism and improving measures including building a comprehensive incentive mechanism for delayed retirement and improving supporting systems for the elderly.
