Research On The Deepening Of The Police Mechanism Reform Of The Grassroots Public Security Organs In Wenzhou City

In recent years,with the gradual promotion of the "Ministry system" Reform,local agencies have also made a lot of exploration in their own mechanism reform,especially the public security organs,while shouldering social security and cracking down on crimes,are also exploring the optimization of their own work functions and doing a lot of work in the practice of police mechanism reform.In view of this,based on the theoretical knowledge of public management,this paper studies the reform of police mechanism of grass-roots public security organs.In the research,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,system analysis and induction,and takes the police mechanism reform of the grass-roots public security organs in yongjia county of wenzhou as the research object,through interviews,surveys,material carding and other ways after searching a lot of first-hand materials,this paper analyzes the work and existing problems in the reform of the police mechanism of the grass-roots public security organs in yongjia county,and finally puts forward countermeasures,which provides a useful reference for deepening the reform of the police mechanism of the grass-roots public security organs in yongjia county.Specifically,the following conclusions are drawn through this studyFirst,in the study of yongjia county police mechanism reform,it is found that although the current yongjia county police mechanism reform has made certain exploration,and achieved some results in promoting the police mechanism reform,there are also some problems,mainly manifested in:(1)rank dilemma: Increasing the number of leading posts is not the police force sinking,but "Official position sinking";(2)financial dilemma: Police reform it increases the financial expenditure;(3)personal difficulties,the grass-roots police professional demands are difficult to meet;(4)business difficulties: "One police multi ability" Makes the police tired of coping with.Through the analysis of the reasons,it is found that there are four main restricted factors in the reform of yongjia county police mechanism: First,the police management mechanism design is not clear;second,the community police operation mechanism needs to be improved;third,the management system does not meet the needs of development;fourth,the police reform lacks legal support.In view of the above research findings,the article finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the reform of yongjia county police mechanism and improve the operational efficiency of yongjia county police mechanism.The article puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: Clarifying the reform objectives,promoting the reasonable distribution of police force;optimizing the internal control mechanism topromote the in-depth development of police mechanism reform;paying attention to the development of police officers and improving the career development planning mechanism yongjia county basic level public security organ policing mechanism reform has provided the beneficial reference.In short,through the research,this paper believes that the reform of the police mechanism of the grass-roots public security organs is a complex and systematic project.How to promote the reform of the police mechanism of the grass-roots public security organs,especially in the "Deep-water area" Of the reform of the police mechanism,has become an urgent problem to be solved in view of this premise,yongjia county itself,in the process of promoting the reform of the police mechanism of the grass-roots public security organs,it is necessary to constantly sum up experience,explore cautiously,and promote solidly,so as to lay a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of the reform of grass-roots public security organs.
