Research On The Quality Control Of Venture Philanthropy Projects Under The Government-led Model

In recent years,with the strong encouragement and support of the government,the development of public venture capital projects is in full swing,which has become the main way for the government to change its functions.At the same time,the public venture capital project also brings the development opportunity for the social work organization in the initial period,and provides it with the support including funds,technology,capacity building,resource link,professional training and so on,which has the function of incubation,cultivation,guidance and management.However,while the practice of public venture capital has made achievements in our country,there are still some problems in the service quality of its projects.For example,at the government level,there are inadequate laws and regulations,lack of specific policy documents,and lack of public venture capital unified quality standard system of the project,etc.In terms of the project process,there are still different problems at each stage.Third-party evaluation organization,evaluation personnel lack of professionalism,single subject,evaluation results feedback is not timely and other issues are also a key impact on the quality of public venture capital.Public venture capital has the characteristics of innovation and exploration,and some innovative and exploratory public venture capital projects are handed over to the social work institutions in the initial period to undertake,while the social work institutions in the initial period lack the experience of undertaking public venture capital projects and specific practical practices,which leads to the quality of public venture capital projects is difficult to guarantee.This research mainly uses the qualitative research method,in the early stage through consulting the relevant literature to collect the data,in the later stage through my practice in the relevant social work organization,as the project executor in the process of project implementation,found some problems existing in the public venture capital project,and I collected relevant empirical data through in-depth interview method,expert consultation method,participatory observation method and other methods.Taking "benefit" as an example,using the theory of process quality control and the theory of total quality control,this paper deeply analyzes the objective,principle,main body which affects the quality of public venture capital project,and has carried out the project At the same time,a set of quality control index system of Nanjing public venture capital project is constructed,which provides theoreticalthinking for the development of Nanjing public venture capital project.It is also conducive to the continued implementation and development of public venture capital project,improve the quality of its project,and then enhance the well-being of the people.
