As the core of the school leadership,the principal has a vital importance on the survival and development of the school.Modern school management view that school management is not an end in itself,but a means;and its ultimate purpose is to promote the better development of people in school.Teacher's organizational commitment and job satisfaction,as an important dependent variable of principal's leadership behavior,have a very important impact on school effectiveness and the quality of personnel training.So the research of primary and secondary school principals leadership and its effect to the job satisfaction of teachers not only has the significance for the development of teachers and principals in the school,but also can enhance teachers' job satisfaction by the researchers from the study of the intermediary regulation of teacher organizational commitment,so as to Inspire the school managers to consider the methods of promoting the level of principal leadership,and ultimately realize the long-term development of school practice.This article investigate 531 primary and secondary school teachers from ten schools in Shandong province as the research object.This paper makes a detailed survey on the leadership behavior of primary and secondary school principals and their influence on teachers' organizational commitment and teachers' job satisfaction,and puts forward some targeted suggestions finally.Through analysis,the following results are obtained:The primary and secondary school teachers in ShanDong province have a moderate level of perception about the principal's leadership;the organizational commitment and Job satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers is at a moderate level.The school location and type,the teacher's educational background,teaching age and titles of teachers have significant influence on the teachers' perception of principal behavior.There is a significant difference in the continuing commitment between primary and secondary school teachers with different school location,school types and teachers' educational backgrounds.There are significant differences in the normative commitment and continuance commitment between primary and secondary school teachers with different titles.The school location and type,the educational background,teaching age and titles of teachers have a significant impact on teachers' job satisfaction.There is a significant positive correlation between principals' leadership behavior,teachers' organizational commitment and job satisfaction.The principals' leadership can predict teachers' organizational commitment and job satisfaction.Principal leadership behavior and teacher organizational commitment have a certain predictive power to teachers' job satisfaction.Teacher organizational commitment plays a mediating role in the impact of principals' leadership behavior on teacher job satisfaction.
