Teachers' professional identity refers to the degree of acceptance and recognition of teachers' individual characteristics in all aspects of work,and is one of the important factors that affect their professional development.As the most neglected group of teachers,non working teachers group is different from their formal teachers.Their emotional experience and recognition degree is different from other formal teachers.This study takes Liaocheng non school primary school physical education teachers as the research object.Based on the questionnaire survey method,combined with the form of online survey,we use SPSS 21 to analyze the data of professional identity of primary school physical education teachers in Liaocheng.The results show:First,Liaocheng non-primary school PE teachers occupational recognition overall higher level.There are significant differences between the different dimensions.Second,there is a significant difference in occupational identification among PE teachers of different genders.The performance is as follows: Male teachers' professional recognition is lower than that of female teachers.Third,there is a significant difference in professional identity of PE teachers of different ages who are not in primary school.The occupational identity of people over the age of 40 was significantly lower than those of 20-25 and 26-30.Fourthly,there is a significant difference in occupational recognition among PE teachers of different seniority in primary school.0-3 years of age group occupational approval was significantly higher than 10 years of age group.Fifth,there are significant differences in occupational identification of non-primary physical education teachers with different professional titles.The level of vocational recognition of primary special teachers is significantly higher than that of primary three teachers.Sixth,there is no significant difference in the professional qualifications ofnon-primary PE teachers in Liaocheng.However,there are significant differences in the occupational emotional dimension.The concrete manifestation is that the emotion score of teachers' profession in junior college and below is significantly higher than that of master's group.Seventh,whether there is no significant difference in the professional identity of non-primary school PE teachers who graduated from normal universities or whether they participated in the compulsory teacher recruitment examination.However,there are significant differences in the career expectancy dimensions.According to the analysis of the survey data above the influence factors,put forward the following suggestions:(1)Improve the teachers' interests,promote the professional development of teachers;(2)To change the traditional cognition,improve the social status of teachers in the series;(3)Non respect for teachers in the series of work,to create a harmonious and warm working environment;(4)Continuously improve the self belief,firm occupation.
