Research On The Relationship Between Young Athletes' Personality Traits And Risk Events Of Competitive Training

This research mainly by understanding the basic characteristics of adolescent athletes personality and athletic training risk events happening,trying to explore adolescent athletes personality research on the relationship between the physical training risk events,explores adolescent athletes personality traits can reduce or avoid the happening of athletic training risk events,so that young athletes in training in the future to establish scientific and effective movement system,as much as possible to provide theoretical basis for the healthy growth of the young athletes and scientific support.This paper selected the youth sports school in Shaanxi Province,shaanxi heavy sports sports management center,the shaanxi province athletics sports management center and other 10 school's track and field events(run,jump,cast,cross),heavy sports programs(not including weight lifting),foot,basket,volleyball project of 13 to 18 teenagers athletes as the research object,uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis etc,clarifying the research train of thought,and screening of large amounts of data,statistics,analysis provides a scientific support.First of all.from the perspective of personality as the breakthrough point,to define the personality,and to grasp the basic personality characteristics of juvenile athletes,second,to young athletes special training environment as the breakthrough point,according to the nature of the athletic training risk events occur to classify,mainly divided into the following five kinds:sports injury risk events,sports disease risk events,sports psychological risk events,sports nutrition risk events,sports environment risk events.Thirdly,the risk perception questionnaire of risk events in competitive training is designed to explore whether risk perception of young athletes has certain influence on the prediction of risk events in competitive training.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn from the correlation and regression analysis of risk events of personality and competitive training:1.The young athletes of different sports personality and athletic training event risk exists significant correlation,and risk perception ability to prevent and avoid the risk of athletic training event has certain interference effect.The specific performance is as follows:There was a significant positive correlation between the personality traits of female athletes in biathlon and the risk events of competitive training,and the most obvious manifestation of humaneness was the correlation coefficient of.505**.There was a significant negative correlation between the personality traits of male athletes and the risk events of competitive training except emotion,and the openness of male athletes and the risk events of competitive training were obvious,and the correlation coefficient was-.602**.There was a significant positive correlation between the personality of female volleyball players and the risk events of competitive training except the openness.However,male athletes showed significant positive correlation in terms of agreeableness,emotionality and caution,with the correlation coefficients of.616**,.557**and.595**.Female athletes of track and field,basketball and football player almost no correlation between personality and athletic training risk events,but the track and field male athletes personality in addition to the emotional and physical training risk events are significantly negative correlation,the most obvious,and the performance of caution.The correlation coefficient for-.304**.2.There is a significant positive correlation between emotional and competitive risk events,and the correlation coefficient is.230**.In aspects such as extraversion,agreeableness,open and competitive risk events are significantly negative correlation,the correlation coefficient respectively-.119**,-.075*.and-.096*,only in the aspect of caution and sports event risk almost no correlation.
