The Development Status And Promotion Strategy Of Social Work On The Internet

The development of social work in our country is relatively slow.“Network social work” exists as a new form.Scholars have less research on network social work,mainly focusing on the definition of the concept of network social work and the exploration of problems.To study the status quo of the development of network social work in a certain region,and to explore the problems and strategies in the development of local network society are relatively lacking.How social workers use the Internet to better solve network problems is an important research topic.There are numerous social worker organizations in Guangzhou,whose development level of social work is at the forefront of the country and plays an exemplary role.This study has combed the research and theoretical achievements of scholars on network social work in recent years.According to the characteristics of the distribution of social workers in Guangzhou,the size of the organization,and the time of establishment,Guangzhou has selected eight social work agencies.Through site visits to 8 social workers in Guangzhou,the representative social work activities of the 8 social organizations in recent years have been integrated,and typical 8 social network work cases have been selected and analyzed.In the investigation,the author found that the current development of social work in social organizations in Guangzhou has the problems of small service scope and insufficient service depth.Through interviews with sociological experts,first-line social workers in social work organizations,and targeted social service providers,case studies have been conducted to find out that the development of network social work does not attach sufficient importance to the development of network social work,lack of professional talent,welfare,and systems.There are six major issues,such as perfection,single service mode,insufficient use of resources,and inability to evaluate,and the author also gives reasonable analysis and countermeasures against these issues.First,attach importance to the development of network social work.Second,strengthen the network social work personnel team and education work.Third,improve the welfare of social workers and improve the construction of network social work systems.Fourth,promote the intelligentization of network social work,and innovate online means.Fifth,treat the network with an open attitude and rationally develop and utilize existing resources.Sixth,use big data technology to promote the development of network social work.
