Vertical jumping ability is a very important motor ability for athletes.The post-activation potentiation refers to the changes in the function of skeletal muscle and motor neurons in order to enhance the rapid contraction ability of skeletal muscle by carefully controlling the contraction intensity,frequency and time of skeletal muscle,and changing the function of skeletal muscle and motor neurons without changing the structure of muscle and motor nerve.Many articles,the post-activation potentiation after induced can raise to more advanced motor unit involved in the movement of the body,which provides a new thought and method for physical training.In this paper,through the different interventions,observe whether to slow the progress of the enhanced effect of activated after loss,can even in a longer period of time to keep such post-activation potentiation,and by using this post-activation potentiation,its design can become a long-term training training methods,in order to improve the vertical jump height opened up a new road.Study content: post-activation potentiation of immediate effect after the experiment,the motion intervention after 2 minutes,5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes,20 minutes,25 minutes,30 minutes,the vertical jump height was observed.Applying exercise intervention are respectively: 90% maximum intensity squats,95% maximum intensity squats,90% maximum intensity extreme high leg squats + 10 meters,95% maximum intensity extreme high leg squats + 10 meters,90% maximum intensity squats + speed high leg lifts for 10 meters,95% maximum intensity squats + speed high leg lifts for 10 meters.Study content 2: the delayed effect experiment of post-activation potentiation was conducted after 3 training sessions of 6 weeks and 3 times a week.Training groups: blank control group,90% maximum intensity squats group,95% maximum intensity squats group,90% maximum intensity extreme high leg squats + 10 meters group,95% maximum intensity extreme high leg squats + 10 meters.Conclusion:post-activation potentiation after a induction makes the increase of the vertical jump height can be maintained only a short period of time,but the activation of enhancement effect after using different forms of exercise intervention,not only can make the vertical jump height increase,can effectively prevent the loss of this effect.In addition,the stimulation method that activates the enhanced effect after induction is combined with the motion intervention that prevents the loss of the enhanced effect after the inhibition.After a period of training,the vertical jump height can be effectively improved.
