Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Development Of Gas Volleyball In Colleges And Universities In Chengdu From The Perspective Of "stakeholder Theory"

This paper,taking Chengdu university gas volleyball development dynamic mechanism as the research object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,from the Angle of stakeholder theory effect of Chengdu university main body were analyzed,and the power of the development of gas volleyball at the same time on the motivation mechanism theory in Chengdu gas volleyball in colleges and universities development dynamic mechanism to build system,in-depth research,explore its development,it is concluded that the following results:1.By investigating the current situation of the development of college gas volleyball in Chengdu,this paper comes to the conclusion that the current development speed of gas volleyball in colleges and universities in Chengdu is relatively fast,but its popularity still needs to be strengthened.To further explore the factors restricting its development,there are the following points: students lack of knowledge of gas volleyball;Lack of teachers;Insufficient government guidance;Lack of social attention;The resource integration of each interest subject is insufficient.2.The development of college air volleyball in Chengdu is influenced by students,schools,government and society.Further analysis of the dynamic factors,the main factors include improving physical quality,reflecting their own value,the guidance of the school government,the impact of the surrounding environment,the project simple entertainment,and so on,which provides the power source for the construction and operation of the development mechanism of air volleyball in colleges and universities in Chengdu.3.All stakeholders are related to each other,and jointly promote the development of college air volleyball in Chengdu and the construction of power mechanism.Specifically,students provide driving force,schools provide traction,the government provides support,and society provides external driving force.4.The construction of the dynamic mechanism for the development of college gas volleyball in Chengdu mainly includes the structure,function,means and principle of the dynamic mechanism.The structure of power mechanism mainly includes power subject and power transmission.The power subject includes students,schools,government and society.There are three aspects of power transmission: interest,culture and information.The dynamic mechanism function mainly refers to developing and providing the moderate power for the development of college gas volleyball in Chengdu.The dynamic mechanism of the development of college gas volleyball in Chengdu mainly includes the development of power source,power transformation and monitoring and evaluation mechanism.5.Put forward the operating path of the dynamic mechanism of college gas volleyball in Chengdu: based on the development of power sources,meet the operating conditions of the dynamic mechanism of college gas volleyball;To integrate effective resources and promote the sustainable operation of the dynamic mechanism of college gas volleyball development;Improve the supervision and feedback system,optimize the college gas volleyball development dynamic mechanism operation effect.
