Research On The Shift Of The Center Of Gravity And Spatial Coordination Of The Urban "population-economy-land Use" In Shandong Province

The city is the product of social and economic development to a certain stage.The population gathers in the city and then forms the phenomenon of urbanization whilt the economy expands to the scale of the economy to create employment opportunities and the urban construction land expands to carry more people and industries.Shandong has the characteristics of large population base,high economic aggregate and rapid improvement,and rapid expansion of urban construction land.As a pioneering area for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,under the catalysis of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,whether the “population-economy-land use” of Shandong Province can systematically coordinate with the future healthy development of the province.Applying the theory of gravity in physics to regional analysis has been widely recognized as a way to study the evolution of the attributes of a region.Taken the county of Shandong Province as the research unit,based on the research results of population,economy,land use and their relationship at home and abroad,according to the planning adjustment of different counties and districts since 2000-2016,they were organized into 100 county units.Through the Arcgis10.2 software and regional center of gravity models,the evolution of the center of gravity,economic and land use movements of urban population,economy and land use were studied.Combining the characteristics of population,economy and land use distribution,explored the coordinated development of urban population-economy-land use in Shandong Province.In-depth analysis of the latitude,longitude,movement direction and evolution of the gravity of each element of the city in Shandong Province.From the aspects of latitude and longitude correlation and spatial movement,the spatial coordination of population,economy and land use has been studied,and the concept of coordinated development has been deepened.The study of the future development of the city of Shandong Province has certain significance.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The basic characteristics of urban development in Shandong Province were studied.The population growth rate of urban population in Shandong Province was obvious,the population density was different,and the values were generally higher,but the density difference in each region was continuously decreasing;The economic aggregate was leading.By the end of thestudy period,the tertiary industry had developed to the first place,the industrial structure was improved,and the secondary,tertiary and non-agricultural GDP densities were all lower in the density of Luzhongnan.The economic density of the Yellow River Delta and Ludong areas was concentrated.The distribution of different types of urban construction land was relatively balanced,the distribution of residential land was the most dispersed,and the distribution of green land was the most concentrated among various types of land.The demand for green space was the highest in each city,and the extrusion effect of industrial land was the strongest;Residential land and industrial land were declining structures while public service land and green land were growth-oriented structures;10 cities including Qingdao,Weifang,Jining,Tai'an,Weihai,Linyi,Dezhou,Liaocheng,Binzhou and Heze had greater demand for urban construction land.Zibo,Zaozhuang,Dongying,Yantai and Laiwu had relatively low demand for urban construction land.(2)The trajectory of the center of gravity of the “population-economy-land use” in Shandong Province has been clarified.The center of gravity of the urban population was closer to the geometric center of the southwest,and the overall trend was balanced.The center of gravity of the secondary,tertiary and non-agricultural GDP was concentrated on the east side of the geometric center,and the center of gravity moved to the southwest;The center of gravity of urban construction land in Shandong Province was located in the eastern part of the geometric center.The center of gravity of the total and industrial land moved to the northwest,the center of gravity of the residential land moved to the northeast,and the public service land and the green center of gravity moved southwest.(3)It summarized the spatial coordinated development of “population-economy-land use”in Shandong Province and proposed countermeasures.During the study period,“population-economy-land use” was unevenly developed and poorly coordinated in the province.The trajectories of the three centers were poorly overlapped and the moving directions were inconsistent.The coordination between urban population and land use was relatively best,while followed by economy and land use,and the population and economy were poor.From the aspects of nature,economic and other influence,this paper analyzed the factors affecting coordination degree and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures:(1)Deepensystem reform and comprehensively plan population layout;(2)Deepen regional cooperation and stabilize the advantages of three-product structure;(3)Improved land mechanism and the structure of urban land use;(4)Pay attention to the relationship between people and land to achieve coordinated urban development.
