From 1978 to 2018,the higher dance education has gone through 40 years of time course,the material living standard has been improved constantly,the further development of science and technology,"compound type" and "innovation type" talents have been paid more and more attention to by the country and the need of the society.As far as dance education is concerned,the professional dance education is developing rapidly.At the same time,the popular dance education,that is,the dance education for all students,has been paid more and more attention by people from all walks of life.Primary and middle school students occupy a large proportion in the popularization of dance education.How to make this kind of people get high quality education,the key lies in the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and middle schools.This article takes the Quality-oriented Education Dance class teacher group as an example,selects this group as the research object,the main reason has two aspects.First of all,this group of teachers have been a dance teacher in primary and secondary schools before teaching Quality-oriented Education Dance lessons,and have the corresponding ability of dance teachers in primary and secondary schools.Second,when the dance course of quality education is listed as one of the dance courses in primary and middle schools,this group of teachers also serve as the teaching task of the Quality-oriented Education Dance,so the ability of this group of teachers is more comprehensive.In addition,there is almost no research on the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and middle schools by analyzing the Quality-oriented Education Dance.The above aspects constitute the reason why the author chooses this group as the object of study.Based on the research of dance teacher group in Quality-oriented Education Dance,this paper abstracts the experience in actual teaching,summarizes and theorizes it in order to help improve the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and middle schools in the future.The introduction part of this paper summarizes the significance of the topic,the current research situation and the research methods at home and abroad.In the first part of the paper,"the definition and basic category of all-round ability",the author uses the method of layer by layer to define the all-round ability,second,to define the all-round ability of the teacher,and finally,to expound the all-round ability of the dance teacher.The second part of the paper is the importance of the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and middle schools.The importance of the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and middle schools is discussed from three aspects: the basic conditions of completing teaching tasks,the basic quality of effective communication with students and the basic guarantee of carrying out high quality teaching and research.The fact that the teachers all-round ability runs through the whole process of teaching can not be ignored,which further reflects the importance of the all-round ability of the dance teachers in primary and middle schools.Therefore,if we want to improve the overall level of dance education in primary and secondary schools,we need to explore the all-round ability of dance teachers.The third part of the thesis is the experience provided by dance teachers in Quality-oriented Education Dance.By observing the classroom of front-line teachers,we find their own flash spots,and extract the practical experience of each front-line teacher in the actual teaching in the interview materials.The fourth part of the thesis is an overview of the allround ability of dance teachers in Quality-oriented Education Dance.Starting from the four dimensions of Cognitive ability,driving ability,innovation ability and teacher moral knowledge and practice ability,the experience of each teacher is connected with these four dimensions and analyzed.Finally,the all-round ability of dance teachers in primary and secondary schools is viewed by the group of dance teachers in Qualityoriented Education Dance,and the corresponding conclusions are formed,which will bring deeper thinking and enlightenment to the future teaching of dance teachers in primary and secondary schools.
