Research On The Training Status And Path Optimization Of Youth Athletic Aerobics Reserve Talents In Jinan

Taking the "current situation and path optimization of training reserve talents for youth athletic aerobics in JiNan city" as the research object,this paper selected a total of 10 units of young people and coaches including elementary and middle schools and clubs in JiNan city with competitive aerobics teams as the investigation object.Using the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis and logic analysis,combined with the purpose and practical significance of the training of reserve talents in competitive aerobics in Jinan at present,To explore the basic situation,security system,degree of dissemination and popularization,social interaction factors,human resources organizations and sports business obstacles affecting the training quality of competitive aerobics reserve talents in Jinan.From the above five aspects to obtain the basic information on the training status and training path of athletes of the competitive aerobics reserve team in Jinan City,the conclusion is as follows:(1)The problems existing in the training of reserve talents for youth competitive aerobics in Jinan City are as follows: The uniqueness of reserve talents training motivation;Lack of professionalism in training;Athletes lack experience in competition.The above problems have led to the excessive pursuit of quick success and benefit in the training process of youth competitive aerobics reserve talents in Jinan City.Therefore,the training process of reserve talents lacks specialization and systematization.(2)Jinan City's reserve talent protection system for youth athletic aerobics has not had a guaranteed effect: training infrastructure is not perfect,physical training equipment is too simple,professional training equipment and auxiliary training equipment are lacking,and training funds are not guaranteed.The single operation of the source channel is an obstacle to the normal operation of the training path for the reserve talents of youth competitive aerobics in Jinan.The lack of human resources allocation,the lack of scientific basis for the pre-selection of athletes,the small selection of reserve talents,the small number of primary school training athletes,thelow professionalism of manpower is also the internal factors that restrict the competition and training process of youth competitive aerobics reserves in JiNan.(3)The phenomenon of sports commercial irregularities based on the failure of competition commercialization and commercial activity failure has a serious negative impact on the cultivation of mental health quality of young competitive aerobics athletes in Jinan City.Therefore,with the concept of "people-oriented" cultivation,the development of "physical education combination" is the overall direction of the training path for the reserve talents of youth competitive aerobics in Jinan.The main contents include: school implementation,social support and government leadership.According to the problems in the training status and path of the reserve talents of the youth competitive aerobics in JiNan city and the rule of the training of reserve talents in other competitive sports with good development in JiNan city,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures to adapt to the training status and route optimization of the reserve talents of the youth competitive aerobics in JiNan city:(1)Optimization of school training paths.Taking the reform of primary and secondary education as an opportunity to promote the cultivation of young people's interest in competitive aerobics learning.(2)Optimization of the government's training path.Adhere to the implementation of the National real-time decision-making,increase the support for the training of competitive aerobics reserve personnel,improve the youth competitive aerobics reserve personnel training support mechanism,provide good opportunities and platforms for talents.(3)Optimization of social cultivation paths.Promote the promotion of competitive aerobics in the community by integrating media influence.Purify the environment for the cultivation of reserve talents in the youth competitive aerobics,standardize the commercialization of sports,and reduce its negative impact on the physical and mental health of young people,so as to ensure the training of the comprehensive talents of reserve talents.
