Football has developed flourished in recent years,in order to be more in line with the development characteristics of modern football,the relevant rules,the formation and the most important training methods are also updated with the development of football.Modern football confrontation is becoming more and more intense.Total football style requires athletes to have excellent physical quality and personal skills.Based on the needs of the game,the formation began to use the overall Offensive-Defensive balance of the four-five-one and four-four-two.The confrontation between players is becoming more and more intensely,so it is increasingly urgent to improve the Players' precise control of the body and the ball in the fierce confrontation.Young players have always been the main force of football reserve talent pool.How to use scientific training intervention to improve the sports ability and performance of young players,so that they can participate in antagonism under more favorable physical conditions has become a focus and direction of modern research.Teenagers have always been the main force of football reserve talent pool.Nowadays,the development and growth of teenagers' football training has raised concerning and supporting from all sectors of society.But teenagers are different from adults.The growth and development of teenagers have different characteristics of each age group.They can not copy the training methods of adults.What teenagers need is the training methods and means that conform to the law of self-development.How to make use of scientific training intervention to improve the sports ability and performance of young players and let them participate in antagonism under more favorable physical conditions has become a focus and direction of modern football research.With the rapid development of modern sports,many experts and scholars have provided a lot of new knowledge and research results for the field of sports training.Various training methods aimed at improving sports are emerging in an endless stream,and they are also enriching the training methods and means constantly.The emergence of more scientific and effective training methods and training means is the main driving force to promote the continuous development of sports.It can not only improve the performance of sports effectively,but also reduce the sports injury caused by the errors in training methods and prolong the sports life.As a part of many training methods,trunk prop strength has been enriched and developed in recent years.It has gradually become the main training method of improving the control and stability of the body,and it has been adopted and implemented in training.Starting from the characteristics of the development of modern football and the requirements for players,this paper mainly uses the literature research,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to carry on the research through the experimental intervention research.The U14 echelon players of Shanghai Shenxin Football Club are randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group.The experimental group carries on the pillar strength training,while the control group carries on the traditional strength training.After 12 weeks,five indicators were tested and statistically analyzed,and the following results and conclusions were drawn:Result: 1.After 12 weeks of training intervention,the results of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.01).2.Comparing the experimental group with the control group after the experiment,the improvement of the experimental group's performance(19.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(13.28%).Conclusion: 1.Strength exercises in the control group are traditional resistance exercises.This traditional resistance exercises can change the shape of muscle,increase muscle fibers,and thus increase muscle strength.The increase of body strength can effectively improve physical fitness and sports ability.The purpose of pillar strength exercises in the experimental group is to maintain body posture and improve energy transfer of upper and lower limbs by intervening shoulders,torso and hips,so as to improve the body control ability in antagonism.Therefore,the performance of both groups has improved.2.The increase of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,which shows that the pillar strength training plays a more significant role in improving the physical control ability of adolescents in football confrontation.
