Objective:The physical and mental health of college students is the focus of family,school and even society,and is also the important goal of school education.Many studies have shown that there is an inseparable relationship between physical activity and physical health of college students,and physical activity is conducive to the development of physical health of college students.At present,the physical health test of college students in China is mainly carried out from three aspects of body shape,quality and function.The physical health status is mainly evaluated by measuring the height and weight,cardiopulmonary function,strength and flexibility of college students.Sensory perception ability is also an important indicator of college students'physical health,which is closely related to the function of human nervous system and sports system.However,there are few reports on the relationship between physical activity and sensory perception ability of college students.Therefore,this study explores the relationship between physical activity and sensory perception of college students and reveals the influence of physical activity on their sensory perception.Through objective analysis of experimental data,the influence of physical activity on sensory perception index was further clarified.The results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the assessment of college students'physical and mental health and explore a way to evaluate the physical and mental health of college students with perceptual ability as the standard,and provide some theoretical help for future research in this field.Methods:In this study,240 non-physical education major freshmen in our university were randomly selected as experimental subjects,withhalf male and half female students.Physical activity was measured using the physical activity level(GT3X,USA)and worn for one week.The time of physical activity at different intensities was recorded,and the level of physical activity of college students was identified according to the standards of the physical activity guidelines issued by the USDepartment health and Human Services.At the same time,the sensory ability of the subjects was measured,including reaction time,kinesthetic orientation,concentration and percussion speed.Perceptual ability,including learning transfer ability,spatial perception,speed perception and depth perception;The correlation between physical activity time and sensory perception was analyzed.Results:1.There was a moderate negative correlation between the total physical activity time of students and the test value at reaction time(r=-0.511),that is,the more time students spent in physical activity,the shorter their reaction time and the faster their reaction time.There was a low positive correlation with the value of speed percussion test(r=0.278),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the more the number of percussion,the stronger the speed percussion ability.There was a low negative correlation with the spatial perception test value(r=-0.454),that is,the more physical activity time,the shorter the reaction time of the spatial perception test and the stronger the spatial perception ability.There was a low negative correlation with the speed perception test value(r=-0.323),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the smaller the error value of the speed perception test and the stronger the speed perception ability.2.There was a low negative correlation between boys'physical activity time and the test value at reaction time(r=-0.463),that is,the more boys'physical activity time,the shorter their reaction time and the faster their reaction time.There was a low positive correlation with the value of speed percussion test(r=0.428),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the more the number of percussion,the stronger the speed percussion ability.There was a low negative correlation with the spatial perception test value(r=-0.343),that is,the more physical activity time,the shorter the reaction time of the spatial perception test and the stronger the spatial perception ability.There was a low negative correlation with the test value of speed perception(r=-0.325),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the smaller the error value of the test of speed perception,and the stronger the speed perception ability.3.There was a low negative correlation between girls'physical activity time and the test value at reaction time(r=-0.447),that is,the students with more physical activity time had shorter reaction time and faster reaction.There was a low positive correlation with the value of speed percussion test(r=0.409),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the more the number of percussion,the stronger the speed percussion ability.There was a low negative correlation with the spatial perception test value(r=-0.386),that is,the more physical activity time,the shorter the reaction time of the spatial perception test and the stronger the spatial perception ability.There was a low negative correlation with the test value of speed perception(r=-0.372),that is,the more physical activity time the students had,the smaller the error value of the test of speed perception,and the stronger the speed perception ability.4.Among the response time test results of boys in the groups with different levels of physical activity,the response time test results of the high level group were significantly different from those of the middle and low level group(p<0.05).In the velocity knock test results,there was an extremely significant difference between the high level group and the low level group(p<0.01).In the perception test results,the spatial perception test results of the high and middle level group were significantly different from those of the low level group(p<0.05).There were significant differences(p<0.05)and extremely significant differences(p<0.01)between the middle and low physical activity level group and the middle and high physical activity level group,respectively.5.In the response time test results of female students,there were significant differences(p<0.05)and extremely significant differences(p<0.01)between the high physical activity level group and the middle and low physical activity level group,respectively.There were significant differences(p<0.05)and extremely significant differences(p<0.01)between groups with high level of physical activity and groups with medium and low level of physical activity,and significant differences between groups with medium and low level of physical activity(p<0.05).In the speed perception test results,there were significant differences(p<0.05)and extremely significant differences(p<0.01)between the high physical activity level group and the middle and low level group,respectively,and there were significant differences between the middle physical activity level group and the low level group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.As the time of physical activity increases,the response ability of college students increases,and their speed knocking ability also increases with the time of physical activity.The spatial perception of college students also increased with the increase of physical activity time,and the speed perception also increased with the increase of physical activity time.2.In the test of sensory perception indicators of college students,with the increase of physical activity level,the differences in scores of sensory perception tests between different groups increase.As a whole,there are significant and extremely significant differences between the high level group and the middle and low level group,and significant differences between the middle level group and the low level group.
