In the contemporary society with rapid development of science and technology,the competition of high-quality talents has been raised to a strategic position by various countries.The strength of young people is strong,and the development of young children is an important topic that needs our attention.However,the lifestyle of young people and children in recent years has led to an increase in the number of adolescents and children with obesity and a decline in basic motor skills.Coupled with the fierce competitive pressures of today's society,children are suffering from psychological problems such as loneliness,tired communication,weak will and lack of self-confidence.These backgrounds pose greater challenges to the coordinated development of children's physical and mental health.In this paper,the literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used as research methods,and the second edition of the Large Muscle Movement Skills Development Test Scale(TGMD-2)and the Infant-Junior Junior Student Social Life Ability Scale are used as evaluation methods for 80 people.Year 2 students conducted a 12-week experimental intervention study.Exploring the content of happy gymnastics and regular physical education to improve children's motor skills and social adaptability,and provide reference for the promotion of children's.physical and mental development.After the experiment,the following research results were obtained:(1)In terms of the development level of gross movements:after the experiment,the displacement,control action and gross movement scores of the control group and the experimental group were increased(P<0.01).The displacement control action and gross movement ability were compared between the control group and the experimental group.There were differences(P<0.01);there were gender differences in control action and gross action scores of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no gender difference in the displacement action scores(P>0.05);there were gender differences in the control action scores of the experimental group(P<0.05),but there was no gender difference in the displacement action and the gross movement score(P>0.05).(2)In terms of social adaptability level:After the experiment,the total scores of social adaptability of the control group and the experimental group were increased(P<0.01),and there was a difference in the development of total social adaptability between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.01);There was no gender difference in the total score of social adaptability of the control group(P>0.05),and there was no gender difference between the indicators;there was no gender difference in the social adaptability of the experimental group(P>0,05),but There were gender differences in the communication ability index(P<0.01),and the male students' ability to communicate was better than that of girls.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Happy gymnastics and regular physical education content can improve the development level of children's gross movements.Compared with the two,happy gymnastics has better effect on children's large movement ability.Compared with the gender comparison between groups,the development of male physical education and male athletic ability is better than that of female students;the content of happy gymnastics teaching boys' control action ability is better.(2)Happy gymnastics and regular physical education content can improve children's social adaptability.Compared with the two,happy gymnastics has a better effect on children's social adaptability.There is no difference in the social adaptability indicators between the male and female students in the regular physical education content There is no difference in the social adaptability of male and female students in the content of happy gymnastics teaching.However,there are gender differences in the communication ability indicators.The developmental capacity of social adaptation indicators is better.(3)Happy gymnastics is conducive to improving children's motor skills and social adaptability development level,laying a good foundation for children's comprehensive physical and mental development.
