The out-of-school art organization of "blooming a hundred flowers" is not only the driving force but also the resistance to the development of fine arts subject,which depends on whether it is scientific in the course of curriculum design and implementation.In the stage of children's growing up,this paper refers to the whole year of children's transition from kindergarten to the first grade of primary school(about 6 to 7 years old),in accordance with the situation of the local academic situation,and the understanding of the stage of early childhood cohesion refers to the whole year of the transition of children from kindergarten to the first grade of primary school.Because the change of children's physical and mental development and the change of environment bring "challenge" to students' development in this stage,it has been paid more and more attention in the field of education.While I am engaged in the work of the out-of-school institutions,I find that the out-of-school institutions at this stage There are some problems in the course design of painting,such as the curriculum is not systematic enough,and the curriculum design which is partial to the cultivation of "drawing" ability exists,and most of the children participating in the out-of-school institutions at this stage come out of great interest in painting.We must pay more attention to curriculum arrangement and let the curriculum of science system help the development of art ability because of the abundant imagination and creativity,and the lack of scientific system curriculum will dampen the enthusiasm and creativity of the curriculum.The author tries to analyze the problems existing in the curriculum design and present situation of out-of-school institutions in this stage,and analyze the problems in juvenile education from four aspects:age stage,curriculum concept,curriculum content,and teachers' teaching method.At the same time,a set of curriculum design which can be used for reference and implementation of out-of-school organizations is designed.The purpose of this paper is to remind out-of-school organizations to attach importance to curriculum design in the early-childhood phase and promote the development of students and disciplines.
