Hsun-Tzu is an outstanding thinker and educator in the late Warring States Period,which is the last master of Confucianism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty.Standing in the position of Confucianism,he took the "views" of hundreds of schools of thought,removed the "cover" of various schools of thought,or transformed them into his own thoughts,and finally became a integrator of "contention among hundreds of schools of thought".Hsun-Tzu attached great importance to education and accumulated rich educational theories and practical experience during his long study tours and lectures,thus formed distinctive educational philosophy thoughts,and promoted the in-depth development of ancient Chinese Philosophy of Education.Hsun-Tzu's educational philosophy is a logical system based on the theoretical basis of philosophical theory and focusing on the specific content of educational philosophy.The starting point of logic is the theoretical basis which is composed of "Separation of nature and human" as the foundation of the concept of heaven,"evil human nature" as the basis of human nature,"the heart has the knowledge" as the epistemological basis,and "the introduction of the law into rite" as the realistic basis.Logic development is the relationship between various theoretical foundations and education,highlighting the role of education in individual and social development,especially the educational value of "the nuture guided by rites is from evil to goodness".Hsun-Tzu believes that the purpose of education is to cultivate multi-level talents.The highest purpose is to realize the "perfection in both moral cultivation and institutional achievement" sage kings.He treated the "ritual" as the core content of education.While affirming that teachers are in the five honorable status,he put forward the requirement of "four kills of teacher".He also discussed in detail the process,attitude and method of learning.Logistic regression is the guidance of education practice and life state pursuit.The analysis and construction of Hsun-Tzu's educational philosophy system of thought has important enlightening significance to deeply understand Hsun-Tzu's educational philosophy of thought,has important reference significance to the current educational practice,educational reform and educational activities,and has important enlightening function to the current construction of educational philosophy with Chinese characteristics.
