With the country's vigorous promotion of campus football,the campus football culture is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The topic of football has become the main topic of scholars' research,and it is also the primary subject of research by researchers.The whole country is contributing to the rise of football.It is in this context that "campus football fever" has emerged,coupled with the fact that young students are very passionate about football,making campus football development a new stage.However,at present,the progress of campus football is also facing bottlenecks in funds,teachers,teaching,venues,equipment and other aspects.Therefore,the promotion and development of campus football has to face reform.In order to promote the popularization and development of campus football,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other research methods to investigate the physical education teachers,students and campus football experts of 13 schools in Heping District,Tianjin.Investigate the current situation of school football development in primary and middle schools in Heping District of Tianjin,analyze the problems existing in the process of campus football,and propose corresponding development countermeasures.Research indicates:1.The physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Heping District of Tianjin are mainly young and middle-aged male teachers,and the proportion of male and female is uneven.There are more men and women.The teachers are less than 10 years old,and young teachers become the main force of the industry.The structure of teachers' titles is high in the middle.Low trend;academic degree is mainly undergraduate;special football teachers are lacking;most physical education teachers have no football coaches' level certificate,and the number of D-level coaches is very small,but they have corresponding athletes and referees' level certificates.And lay a good foundation for the football competition.2.The starting rate of primary and middle school football in Heping District of Tianjin is high.Most school leaders attach great importance to campus football activities,and there are football lessons every week.The number of teaching times and hours is basically reasonable;the teaching content is mainly based on passing,catching,dribbling,throwing,shooting,games,rules and competitions;teaching methods are mainly based on explanation,demonstration and competition.The game method is the main one;in addition to examining whether the students have basic knowledge and skills,they also consider the students' learning attitude and cooperation spirit,which is in line with the requirements of the new curriculum standard reform;the evaluation method is mainly based on the final polarity evaluation and the process evaluation.The Lord can basically meet the needs of students.3.The construction of most of the small and medium-sized football teams in Heping District of Tianjin is mainly male football team,female football team is very small,the proportion of males and females in campus football team is uneven,and there are also a few schools that have not established campus football teams;most sports Teachers have had the experience of leading the team,and the motivation for team training is more active.The main motivation is to love football and realize their own value.The training level of teachers is higher,the training times and training time are more reasonable,but the teachers lead.The training funds are mainly from the schools and the Ministry of Education,which cannot meet the daily needs;most excellent schools have participated in district,city(provincial)or national competitions,but the total number of teachers who lead the competitions per semester is only a handful.The school has not even participated in football competitions,nor has it organized an intra-school football competition,which has affected the effective development of campus football activities to a certain extent.4.The attitudes of primary and middle school students in Tianjin Heping District to participate in campus football activities are quite positive,and they are also satisfied with the content of teachers' teaching design.Students mainly watch the ball and the stadium with classroom teaching,chat with classmates,family and network.Participate in campus football activities by playing football,watching live broadcasts or broadcasting.Although there are differences in motivations for different students to participate in campus football activities,the main motives are physical fitness,hobbies and learning football skills;some students also have conflicts in learning and training.For network reasons,I did not participate in campus football activities.On the one hand,students learn and train conflicts,such as: parents do not support,fear of affecting learning;on the other hand,students mainly participate in campus football through the media,such as: television,Internet,newspapers,radio and so on.5.The football venues and equipment of the Heping District Primary and Secondary Schools in Tianjin can basically meet the teaching needs.Most of the schools have built football venues and are equipped with football equipment,which has a high safety factor.However,the site type is mainly based on the 5-person system.The site area is small,the materials are mainly artificial grass,and some schools are also earthy sites.
