football activities in recent years,actively interacting and sharing resources,and the two systems gradually promoted the "integrated"development.At the same time,as a central city in the northwestern region,Xi'an City has always attached great importance to sports and education.In 2017,the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau and the Education Department signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Sports and Culture Integration,and the Xi'an Youth Campus Football.The development of "integration of sports and education" provides policy support.However,the road of "sports and education integration" for youth campus football is not a one-step process.Xi'an is still in the "pilot" development stage,and it still needs constant practice and improvement.Therefore,this paper uses literature,interviews,field trips,questionnaires,and logic analysis to study the practical situation of Xi'an youth campus football.The integration of the city's sports system and education system in the promotion of youth campus football,integration practices,integration effects,etc.,and then to find problems and propose strategic recommendations,has important practical significance.The results show that:First,the current "sports and education integration" of youth football in Xi'an has mainly formed "teaching in the body","having a body in teaching","building a body and teaching" and "double management platform"(Xi'an)The School of Physical Education is a special form of integration of the carrier.The various forms of integration have different forms of expression,and the forms of integration are diverse.Secondly,among the four forms of integration,the form of "teaching in the body" and "teaching in the body" is based on the combination of "activity" as the carrier,and the football in Xi'an is inconsistent with the value orientation of youth campus football goals.There is also a deviation between supply and demand in the process of practice,and the practical effect of
