Through in-depth interviews with 21 "unit people" from different generations in S factory,this paper analyzes the values,concepts and behavior patterns of different generations of "unit people".Understand the difference of identity of "unit person" between different generations.This paper analyzes the "change" and "invariability" of the identity of "unit person" under the reform of state-owned enterprises and the change of social environment.Through the investigation,it is found that the overall identity of "unit person" is a process from high to low and then to gradually recover and tend to be stable.In the early generation,the "unit people" had a high sense of identity.They were fully attached to the unit and formed an unconditional political identity under the strong political call.They were used to the collectivism life and had the spirit of dedication.And I still have positive memories of unit life in the spirit of collectivism.With the development of marketization,the identity of the second generation "unit person" to differentiation,part of the "unit person" choose "buy out" of propaganda to leave the unit in the unit,the rest of the people are still attached to the unit,generally maintained the original unit life mode,but due to the changes of the system of units produced a sense of relative deprivation,caused some negative to the unit.However,the third generation of "unit people" have recovered their sense of identity towards the unit.They have developed a new sense of identity from their personal development and organization,and are satisfied with their identity as a whole.They continue the unit culture to a certain extent,but show more diversified choices and preferences in daily life.On the one hand,the unit system and the change of social environment shape the identity of "unit person" of different generations.On the other hand,the unit community still exists,and "unit people" still have a relatively stable identity.There are two main factors that form the persistence of identity of "unit person" in different generations: one is the long-existing characteristics of interwoven production and administrative functions of state-owned enterprises;the other is the stable significance of the identity of state-owned enterprises on the psychological and unit life level.There are three main factors that lead to the differences between different generations: the whole social concept changes from collectivism to individualism;"Unit person" identity from overall superiority to reconstruction;"Unit person" to the unit from the overall attachment to have a more diversified choice.It can be seen that although the unit system adds a heavy burden for the development of enterprises,we have to affirm the importance of the community created by the unit produced by the extremely high sense of identity and belonging.Today,faced with an increasingly rapid pace of society and an increasingly professional and impersonal work and community environment,many people are returning to these larger units.As a system with Chinese characteristics,what is the development trend of state-owned enterprises in the future and whether this sense of belonging can become the competitive advantage of state-owned enterprises need further consideration.Whether the social,community and public space other than state-owned enterprises need a force to condense,I think the unit system's construction of identity will give us great reference significance.
