Now more and more ancient poems are included in Chinese textbooks in primary school and secondary school.People attach great importance to the content of this excellent traditional culture,but ignore the reading and writing strategies and its transmission methods.Teaching students to recite and sing is a common method in ancient Chinese education.Now reciting and singing are still effective.The author pays attention to the teaching methods of PengShiqiang,a superfine teacher in Shanghai who instructs students to recite and sing.Through observation and communication,it has shown that the two methods can help students memorize and understand poems quickly and accurately,improve students' ability to appreciate and comprehend,and cultivate their imagination and language sense.This paper is divided into a preface and three chapters,the main contents are as follows:The preface mainly introduces four aspects: the basis of the topic selection,the research significance,the research summary,the research ideas and methods and the innovation points.The first chapter is an overview of the traditional teaching method of ancient poetry.This paper mainly enumerates several common traditional teaching methods and expounds the value and significance of traditional teaching methods.This paper focuses on the concepts of reciting teaching method and singing teaching method,and analyzes the relationship between reciting and metre of ancient poetry,as well as the relationship between singing and emotional tone of ancient poetry.The second chapter is the practical application of the two teaching methods.On the one hand,it focuses on analyzing the characteristics of PengShiqiang's teaching with some cases.Peng has worked in the High School affiliated to Shanghai Normal University.On the other hand,this paper discusses the teaching cases of ZhuKan,a member of PengShiqiang's studio,and summarizes the teaching experience of the studio.On this basis,this paper analyzes some debates about applying reciting teaching method and singing teaching method in middle school and high school,trying to draw conclusions and solve problems.The third chapter is the teaching plans of ancient poetry by reciting and singing.In order to explain that two methods are suitable for teaching ancient poems ofdifferent styles,teaching plans for a four-character poem,a Tang metrical poem and a Song Ci are made respectively.Exploring practical teaching plans is to prepare for the popularization and application of reciting teaching method and singing teaching method in the future.Nowadays,the teaching of ancient poetry pays more attention to rational explanation and analysis,and less to perceptual experience and understanding.In order to truly pass down ancient poetry,students should be close to ancient poetry and feel the sincere and full affection of ancient people.Teachers should recite and sing emotionally,using their feelings to motivate students to enter the poetic situation and experience the poets' emotions.Also,students should be encouraged to express their understanding and release their emotions through audio reading,which reflects the humanistic nature of Chinese curriculum.
