Objectives:Drug use has become one of the biggest security problems in the world.Drug use is not only a serious threat to physical health, but also to mental health. After physiological detoxification, the forced isolation detoxification personnel(hereinafter referred to as "abstinence personnel")due to lack of physical exercise and other factors lead to their physical and mental health recovery effect is not ideal, and exercise intervention in promoting physical and mental health effect is significant. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore how to improve the physical and mental health of ringers through exercise intervention, and to lay a good physiological foundation for their return to society. Methods:In Tianjin Meijiang forced isolation rehabilitation centers on three groups of 137 cases of compulsory isolation detoxification personnel perform physical fitness test and questionnaire, involving indexes including morphological indexes(height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,BMI,body composition),function index(vital capacity and step test, blood pressure, heart function indices, quiet heart rate),quality index, grip strength, vertical jump, close my eyes standing on one foot, choice reaction time in succession, crook proneness,push-ups)and functional screening test, questionnaire survey research tool is symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90)and the international physical activity questionnaire IPAQ Chinese version questionnaire.Among the 137 cases of compulsory isolation addicts,60 male abstinence addicts who met the inclusion criteria and the requirements of the study voluntarily participated in the exercise intervention for 12 weeks(4 times a week, each time for50 minutes)and signed the informed consent. Will select a staff of 60 JiangJie randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group 30 and control group 30 people, used in this study design under the moderate intensity of aerobic exercise plan to intervene, including exercises, sports body(combination of running, high speed,a reverse layup six meters,in situ leg lifts, simple wave ratio jump,in situ jumping jacks, etc.)and relaxing activities, control group to maintain the original exercise habits(traditional broadcast exercises). After 12 weeks of intervention, physical and psychological tests were conducted on the two groups of addicts in forced isolation to compare the changes of indicators before and after intervention. All experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software and expressed in the form of mean plus or minus standard deviation(X ± S).Intra-group comparison was paired t-test,and inter-group comparison was t-test of two independent samples, with significant difference standard P<0.05 and P<0.01.Results:(1)Comparison of basic information of the two groups of abstinence offendersThere was no significant difference in height, weight, age, level of physical activity, time of entry, type of drug addiction and smoking style between the twogroups(p>0.05).(2)Comparison of morphological indicators of force-abstinence personnel between the two groupsAfter 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the weight,BMI,waist-hip ratio, muscle content and body fat rate of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(p<0.05).(3)Comparison of functional indicators between the two groupsAfter 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the lung capacity, step test, cardiac work index, blood pressure and resting heart rate of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(p<0.01),and there were also statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05,p<0.01),while the above test indicators of the control group were not significantly different(p>0.05).(4)Comparison of quality indicators between the two groupsAfter 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the indicators of longitudinal jump and one-leg stop of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(p<0.01),and the indicators of response selection were also significantly improved(p<0.05),and there were significant statistical differences between the two groups(p<0.01,p<0.05).In the control group, there was no significant difference(p>.05).(5)Comparison of functional motion screening(FMS)scores between the two groupsAfter 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the total score of functional movement screening test and three individual scores(hurdles, lunges, and active straight leg lifting)of the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was also significantly different(p<0.01).In the control group, except for the significant improvement of shoulder flexibility score(p<0.05),there was no change in other indicators(p>,0.05).(6)Comparison of symptoms self-rating scale(scl-90)scores between the two groupsBefore and after the 12-week exercise intervention, the total score of scl-90 and its scores of all factors in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between them and the national norm except the score of terror factor(p>0.05).In the control group, only the scores of compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and paranoia were significantly different(p<0.05),while the scores of other factors and the total score of scl-90 were not significantly changed, and there was still a gap between them and the national norm. There was also a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the test of scl-90 among all items(p<0.05),and the test results of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:(1)The 12-week exercise intervention program can improve the cardiopulmonary function of abusers and promote body shaping to some extent.(2)The 12-week exercise intervention program significantly improved the balance ability, sensitivity and lower limb muscle strength of the abusers.(3)The 12-week exercise intervention program significantly improved thefunctional motion screening(FMS)score of abusers, suggesting that this exercise intervention program has a positive effect on reducing the risk of sports injury and promoting the rehabilitation of physical conditions, providing references for future studies in related fields.(4)Both the 12-week exercise intervention program and the traditional radio exercises can have beneficial effects on the mental health of the abstinent, but the12-week exercise intervention program has a more significant recovery effect, thus providing a good foundation for the psychological construction after their return to the society and providing important help for effectively reducing the relapse rate.
