The phenomenon that the contemporary college students like sports and dislike physical education is everywhere,the reasons are various,but the unreasonable evaluation of learning is undoubtedly one of the most important factors.As an important means to test the learning effect,the routine evaluation pays attention to the result and ignores the process;pays attention to the standard and ignores the students' emotional expression;pays attention to the unity of the test standard and ignores the students' individual differences.On the basis of reflection on the problems,combined with literature analysis,this paper attempts to introduce the integral system into the table tennis curriculum of college girls,design a variety of integral modules,lead the teaching with "integral",mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning,and improve the learning effect.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The integral system is mainly used to evaluate the teaching of table tennis course for college girls from two aspects: individual and group,including three aspects: physical fitness,sports knowledge and skills,learning attitude;group integral mainly includes two aspects: emotional expression,cooperation spirit and healthy behavior.(2)(1)The evaluation of integral system and routine evaluation have influence on the improvement of students' physical quality,but the evaluation of integral system has no obvious advantage on the improvement of students' physical quality;(2)There was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in serving skill level and pushing and blocking skill level(P < 0.01),The application of the integral system in the teaching of table tennis for female college students has a positive effect on the study and improvement of table tennis technology for female college students;(3)After the experiment,compared with the control class,the experimental class showed significant difference in the improvement and change of students' learning interest(P < 0.01),The evaluation of the integral system has a significant positive impact on the interest of female college students in table tennis learning;(4)In terms of the improvement and change of learning motivation,learning process,learning results and learning environment,the students in the experimental class were better than those in the control class,and showed significant difference(P< 0.01),The evaluation of integral system has a significant positive effect on the ability of table tennis autonomous learning of college girls;(5)On the dimensions of emotional expression and cooperation spirit,the students in the experimental class were better than those in the control class,with significant differences in all dimensions(P < 0.01),The evaluation of the integral system has a significant positive impact on the emotional expression and cooperation spirit of college girls.(3)The application of integral system evaluation in the teaching of table tennis course for college girls can arouse students' interest in learning,improve students' basic knowledge and skill level of table tennis,improve students' independent learning ability,enable students to participate in classroom learning actively and promote the spirit of cooperation among students.It is applicable to the teaching of table tennis course for college girls and has certain promotion value.(4)In order to give full play to the effectiveness of the evaluation,we should pay attention to: strengthen the communication between teachers and students,understand the needs of students,pay attention to the individual differences of students;strengthen the communication and cooperation between teachers,optimize the evaluation mode of the integration system,and provide guarantee for the implementation effect.
