In recent years,the country's investment in the health industry is increasing year by year,at the same time,it is constantly improving the relevant policies and systems,so that the health industry can ensure the healthy,sustainable,orderly and large-scale development.With the continuous development of the industry,there are also many problems,nutrition market disorder management and non-standard management make people to nutrition enterprises trust has yet to be improved.With the expansion of Nu pharmaceutical company and the diversification of consumer demand,the development of Nu pharmaceutical company faces a lot of problems,which limit the further development of the company.Based on the analysis of the marketing of enteral nutrition agent in Nu pharmaceutical company,this paper hopes to select the appropriate marketing strategy for enteral nutrition agent of Garconley Company,and use STP to analyze the marketing strategy of enteral nutrition agent.Then the marketing strategy combination of enteral nutrition agent in Nu pharmaceutical company is discussed,and the product marketing strategy and pricing mechanism suitable for the development of the company are put forward,and the marketing target of enteral nutrition agent,such as market segment,product positioning,market selection and so on,are determined,and the marketing strategy combination of enteral nutrition agent is discussed.Sales promotion strategy,and improve its marketing security system.It provides some reference for Nu pharmaceutical company to improve its core competence and achieve better development.In this paper,the marketing strategy of enteral nutrition agent of Nu Pharmaceutical Company is studied.The conclusions are as follows: there are some problems in the marketing of enteral nutrition agent of Nu Pharmaceutical Company Such as the slow growth of product sales,the price initiative can not be held in their own hands,high channel costs,weak channel control and sales promotion means;Then,by analyzing the environment of enteral nutrition marketing,using STP strategy to choose the marketing strategy of enteral nutrition agent of Nu Pharmaceutical Company.Finally,the article puts forward that the daily necessities of Nu Pharmaceutical Companyare as follows:Limited company enteral nutrition marketing mix strategy and safeguard measures.The marketing mix strategy includes: product innovation and brand strategy,penetration pricing,differential pricing and discount pricing strategy,establishment of self-oriented channel strategy and the use of recall academic promotion,the marketing mix strategy includes: product innovation and brand product strategy,penetration pricing,differential pricing and discount pricing strategy,Set up excellent sales team and implement brand marketing promotion strategy;The guarantee measures include: organizational security,strengthening product quality management and optimizing the marketing strategy of customer relationship management,the introduction of talents and the promotion of quality,as well as the construction of scientific and reasonable appraisal incentive mechanism.
