| A new method for single cell genetic expression analysis has been proposed. The goal is to sequence the cDNA from a large population of single cells in such a way that each strand of sequenced cDNA can be distinguished from the others, both in transcript and by which cell they each came from. Three different approaches are proposed and two have been tested. This project is the progression of the methodology, with each step discussed in detail, as well as newly proposed methods. |
