DNA double helix structure in identifying often shows some chiral trend,after the results found that caused the researchers' widespread interest.DNA chiral recognition research has great significance for biological medicine and gene therapy field.Chirality is one of the fundamental properties of nature,throughout the entire life always.At the same time,in the vast majority of life process occur interface environment in vivo.Therefore,to construct a kind of similar to the biological environment of chiral bionic interfacet not only can simulate with chiral amino acids,sugars,proteins and DNA biological macromolecules identification process on the interface,but also help us answer some of the basic phenomena of life.Pillararenes is the rise of a new generation of supramolecular host in 2008 year,has the highly symmetric rigid skeleton,easy derivatization and more recognition site characteristics make it widely application in many fields.The paper base on Pillararenes as molecules platform designed and synthesized a series of functional Pillararenes by click reaction,and building chiral Pillararenes bionic interface selective recognition DNA.Through a variety of detection methods investigated different cavity and size chiral Pillararene effect on DNA of chiral recognition.This paper has the following content:First,functionalized Pillararenes as molecular platform,designed and synthesized a series of carboxylic acids and amino water-soluble Pillararenes;and chiral amino acid has been successfully introduced and synthesis of chiral Pillararenes by click reaction.Second,according to structural characteristics of DNA,we designed and synthesized of more recognition sites and planar-chiral Pillar[5]arenes D/L-AP5 by click reaction.D/L-AP5 selective recognition of DNA by CD and AFM analysis studied,and further construct chiral bionic interface assembled into gold surface,realized the chiral recognition of DNA.Third,based on the analysis of the second chapter,we design the synthesis of chiral bigger cavity Pillar[6]arenes D/L-AP6 and chiral monomer D/L-AM.Through a variety of analysis focuses on the Pillar[6]arenes cavity and size identification influence of the chiral recognition,and further through electrochemical impedance study the recognition mechanism of chiral selective DNA.
