Entomogenous fungus is not only an important resource for biological control,but also its natural products have exhibited a good inhibition activity against microbes and tumor cells.In this study,crude extracts of natural products from 53 isolates of entomogenous fungi were screened by activity tests.As a result of screening,a strain MDYS-27 has been selected out because of its significant activity against Mycogone perniciosa Magn,with an IC50 of 1.38 ?g/mL.MDYS-27 was identified as a new species of Moelleriella,Moelleriella mandianensis sp.nov.based on its morphological characterization combined with molecular phylogenetic analysis.On the basis of a variety of column chromatography and crystallization methods,9 monomeric compounds had been separated,purified and identified.Of them,Compoud 6(hopene),7(hopanol)and 8(beauveriolide I)were isolated from Moelleriella for the first time according to the reported literatures,and compound 9(dibenz[b,e]oxepin-11(6H)-one-1,10-dyhydroxy-3-methyl-7,8-dimethoxy)was considered to be a new compound,compared with other compounds by software Sciencefinder on line. |
