The Awulale metallogenic belt is located in the middle part of the Yili block in the West Tianshan Mountain. It has discovered Chagannor,Zhibo, and many large-scale mineral deposits. It has identified1.63 billion tons of iron resources and has become an important iron ore exploration and development base in China. The study area is located in the western section of the Awulale metallogenic belt in the west Tianshan. It is widely distributed in the Carboniferous and Permian volcanic rocks. The fault structure is developed and the metallogenic geological conditions are good.It has been found that there are more than10 copper deposits, ore deposits, and mineralization points in the group of Gishayayi copper mine and Songshugou copper mine, and there are porphyry type, hydrothermal type, secondary enrichment type, and continental volcanic type.,cryptoexplosive breccia type, sedimentary or sedimentary modification of different understanding.Based on the analysis of previous research results, this paper relies on the“Geological Mineral Survey of Nalati-Bengmao Area in the Tianshan-Beishan Metallogenic Belt”project, and adopts the Kunasian sheep farmyard map(K44E003019)and Wutusa.(K44E003020)1:50000 special geology mineral mapping, focusing on the investigation of the composition, structure, and formation environment of the mineralized geological bodies,ore-bearing surrounding rocks, and the investigation of fracture structural geometry and kinematics characteristics that are closely related to metallogenic processes.Regional Cu,iron ore mineralization geological elements, proposed the prospecting suggestion.Through 2 years of field mapping and indoor analysis and research, the following progress has been made. The Upper Carboniferous Yshjilik Formation(C2y)and Lower Permian Ulan Formation(P1w)volcanic strata are the main ore-bearing strata. The Yshjilik group is mainly composed of a set of double-peak volcanic formations composed of basalt and rhyolite, with volcanic detrital deposits and normal deposits, and partly jasperite rocks. The lower part of the Ulan Group is terrigenous clastic rock, and the upper part is terrestrial volcanic rock. The basalt volcanic rocks of the Jasperite and Wulang Formations in the Yshjilik Formation are the main ore-bearing surrounding rocks. The geometric and kinematic characteristics of the major faults in the study area were identified.The28 faults in the study area were divided into three groups:EW,NW-NWW,and NE-NNE.Scale,nature,combination rules and kinematics characteristics. It is considered that the faults in the area can be divided into two phases, the early EW faults, which formed in the late Paleozoic, and the late NW and NE faults formed in the Mesozoic Era.The types of Cu mineralization in the study area are divided into two types. One is represented by the window Street Sayi ore, which is closely symbiotic with jasperite, and is a type of marine jet deposition. The other is represented by the Jinbusayi deposit, which is controlled by sedimentary strata and two-phase faults, and is a multi-phase superimposed structure.Based on the results of previous investigations and the results of this survey,it is preliminarily considered that the main ore-controlling geological elements of the Cu deposit in the western part of the western Tianshan Awulale are pre-concentration of marine effusive flow depositions, and the EW-trending fault is the ore-forming structure of activation and re-migration.NE-NEE is the main ore-bearing structure.
