As the booming development of Auto sales in China,the Auto industry makes significant progress in these years as well.So does the China selfbrand Auto makers.In order to meet the market requirement,all Auto makers including both self-brand and global brands are planning to have more plants and expand their own production availability.But due to lack of technic and fund,the self-brand Auto Corporations need to consider more than joint venture brand.It will make the location selection of self-brand Auto Corporations more difficult.This paper is through the principal components analysis method to simplify the impacts on company Q for plant location selection.And summarize the different points between self-brand and joint venture brand.Hope it can be the reference for other self –brand Auto corporations for plant location selection.Meanwhile this paper also shows the difficulty of selfbrand Auto Corporation growth.Hope it can be the reference for other experts who study the self –brand Auto corporation growth.This paper is based on location theory and Auto industry cluster theory.And following Porter's the Diamond's theory to set up a plant location selection evaluation model for company Q.Then get the recommended location.At last,summarize the different points between self-brand and joint venture brand.
