In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology has made it more and more widely used in various industries,especially in the exploration of unconventional mineral resources.The potential of shale oil resources is huge and is highly valued by various countries.However,the current method of optimizing shale oil for continuous exploration and drilling is backward,and the consideration of influencing factors is not comprehensive.Therefore,it is imperative to study how to make good use of data analysis to improve the one-sidedness and defects of traditional methods.Aiming at the problems existing in the current method for optimizing the location of drilling holes in oil shale,an optimized method for optimizing the location of drilling holes in oil shale using parameter interpolation and extremum optimization is designed.First,based on the original data of oil shale,analyze the data characteristics to determine the factors affecting shale oil reserves,and this process will fully consider the various factors that affect the occurrence of shale oil;Then,we will use machine learning method to establish the functional dependence between shale oil reserves and various influencing factors,and verify the established relationship model;And then,according to the characteristics of the actual exploration data,we flexibly select the interpolation methods of various influencing factors and shale oil reserves and parameters to interpolate the data and enrich the exploration hole data set;Finally,the virtual exploration boreholes are initialized in the unexplored area to optimize and iterate to obtain the optimal exploration hole position.In this paper,the validity and accuracy of the algorithm in this paper are verified by the selection of data sets and independent variables,the training results and prediction of libsvm,the comparison of interpolation methods of various parameters,and the experiment of the optimization process of extreme values.In addition,this paper also studies the possible influence factors of oil shale occurrence,the evaluation method of oil shale,the support vector machine principle,the parameter interpolation method and the selection principle in the process of experimental verification.On the basis of the above method,according to the previous research results,we determine the needs after analyzing the needs,write the requirements documents and detailed design instructions,complete the system architecture design and database design,and then select the software architecture and technology used to form the development plan,build the environment and complete Interface design and coding.Finally,the system was functionally tested and further improved to complete the design and development of the GIS-based oil shale borehole data management and analysis system.This article aims to provide guidance and assistance for oil shale exploration through the method of continuous exploration and drilling for shale oil,and solve the problem that the traditional method cannot optimize the location of the next exploration hole according to the actual exploration area characteristics,which in turn reduces the development cost of shale oil,and to provide new methods and new ideas for the development of shale oil exploration technology.
