Laser ranging has the advantages of high precision,high speed and convenience,which has been widely used in the industrial fields such as driving positioning system,terrain exploration and so on.However,due to some objective factors,the railway department mainly uses the measuring ruler and other equipment to measure the platform gauge by people.Based on the principle of monocular laser ranging,this thesis has studied and improved the ranging model of platform gauge measurement,designed and realized the platform gauge measurement instrument based on monocular camera and line laser.Based on monocular camera and line laser,this thesis has studied the principle of triangulation method,improved on the original direct model,expanded the range while maintaining the accuracy,and applied the model to design and realize the structure gauge measurement system of high-speed railway.Firstly,the wide-angle lens of industrial camera causes image distortion.By analyzing the optical structure of the camera,the parameter matrix of the camera has been calibrated,which is convenient for subsequent measurement and calculation.In addition,in order to improve the adaptability of the system to light changes,near-infrared laser was used to improve the clarity of imaging.Through image preprocessing,laser stripe extraction and target location calculation based on ranging model,the structure gauge measurement function in complex background has been realized.This thesis has designed and realized the prototype system,collected the field test data,analyzed the specific causes of errors under individual working conditions,and put forward the corresponding solutions.Compared with the existing laser rangefinder and contact measuring ruler,the measurement technology studied in this thesis has higher accuracy,higher efficiency and all-weather adaptability.
