For a long time,mineral resources have played an important role in the rapid development of China's economy and society.With the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of ecological civilization,many problems,such as environmental pollution,soil erosion and so on,have become the focus of social attention.In this study,the end rock slope of Qilianshan cement plant mining area in Zhangxian County,Gansu Province is taken as the research object.Based on the comprehensive investigation of the natural environment,engineering geology and hydrology of the mining area through the combination of literature review and field investigation,the ecological restoration of the abandoned slope is carried out and the benefit analysis is carried out through the combination of engineering measures and biological measures.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The results show that the high and steep rock slope is in a stable state as a whole,and the stability in some areas is poor,mainly occurs in the small-scale sliding of the mudstone slope.After the slope cutting treatment,the stability coefficients of the mudstone slope are 1.183,1.075 and 1.030 respectively.The slope has reached a stable state and can be directly repaired by vegetation.(2)Using the design scheme of bolt + planting bag + ecological grass blanket,the effect of vegetation restoration on high and steep rock slope was studied.The survival rate of vegetation reaches 95%,and the plants grow well.It has important reference significance for vegetation restoration and slope stability of high and steep rock slope.(3)According to the criterion of ecosystem service function evaluation,the ecological benefit value of the restoration area was analyzed.The results showed that: the value of purification environment > the value of conservation water > the value of purification water > the value of soil and water conservation.Among them,the value of purifying environment is the largest,accounting for 66.06% of the total value.In this study,the high and steep rock slope is taken as the research object,and the engineering measures and biological measures are used to restore the vegetation of this kind of slope.It can not only improve the local ecological environment and reduce the occurrence of natural disasters,but also provide reference for the future restoration of such slopes.
