Under the background of rapid urbanization in China,the construction of "sponge city" in remote mountainous county is increasingly urgent.In this paper,the scientific construction of sponge city in the central county of Chongyi in The Southern Jiangsu District of Gannan is taken as the object,the hydrological simulation model of SIMWE path sampling is used,and the urban waterlogging under the rainstorm situation in the central city of Chongyi County is simulated based on the land cover data in 2015,STRM-3 DEM data,current situation and planned drainage pipe network data and water system.This paper evaluates the existing sponge city planning scheme and puts forward some scientific development Suggestions.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The upgrading of rainwater pipe network in the central urban area of Chongyi County can significantly improve the urban waterlogging situation,but the simulation results based on SIMWE model show that the existing urban rainwater pipe planning scheme alone cannot fundamentally solve the problem of sponge city construction,and the vertical sponge city construction will be the focus of the future development of this area.(2)The r.sim.water model with improved drainage pipe can be applied to sponge city simulation and planning evaluation.Based on the research results,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)Strengthen the three-dimensional greening of roads,give play to the ability of vegetation to intercept atmospheric precipitation and increase the friction of runoff.(2)To strengthen the transformation of impermeable ground and pavement,in addition to the use of pervious materials on the surface,pervious materials such as straw,clay and gravel should also be installed underground to facilitate the infiltration of surface water.(3)The roof should be paved with green roof.It is suggested that the basic soil and green vegetation should be around 300 mm,which is easier to permeate precipitation.(4)Strengthen the construction of artificial lakes and other wetlands,increase the regulation and storage function of flood,and slow down the confluence process of surface runoff in urban agglomerations.
