This paper studies the reliability of homogeneous and non-homogeneous network topologies under random attack and L-Hop dependent attacks, the efficiency of these two types of attacks, the problem of resource allocation during the attacks and the reliability of the system are discussed.Under the homogeneous network structure, firstly, the probability distribution of comprised nodes is given.Further the effectiveness of the two attacks is discussed.Specifically, when the target element of the resource or attack is determined,L-Hop dependent attacks are stronger than random attacks. Then we use majorization order to portray the uniformity of the resource allocation during the attack, also, the working principle of 6)-out-of-9)system was applied to measure the reliability of network system. And we analyze the reliability of several special network systems under a risk propagation model.Under the non-homogeneous network structure, the related conclusions of network robustness under random attack and L-Hop dependent attack are analyzed firstly, then the relationship between robustness and reliability is discussed. In order to clearly describe the attack process and the reliability of non-homogeneous network systems,we apply shell structure to simplify the non-homogeneous network system.Under the simplified network system, the efficiency of random attack and L-Hop dependent attack, resource allocation during attack, and system reliability are discussed.
