At present,aircraft as the fastest means of transportation,airplane passenger seat is the part that has the closest contact with human body during the journey,and its comfort has been constantly improved,but passengers' "sitting" discomfort still exists.In the economy class seats of domestic regional flights,Passengers are still faced with the problem that the height of the IFE display,the height of the non-adjustable aircraft table board and the seat spacing and the height of the seat surface still do not match.use for a long time and the human body size does not match the seat is easy to cause the body health is threatened and discomfort,at the same time,domestic scholars less discussed from the aspects of people's psychological and physiological IFE and the layout of the table plate influence on comfort,Therefore,this paper proposes a solution of economy class passenger seat from the Angle of ergonomics.This paper uses the method of subjective evaluation and experimental data of pressure distribution to demonstrate its own viewpoint.The paper is innovative in the following aspects:(1)This paper proposes a method for predicting seat spacing and IFE display height of economy class passengers based on analysis of variance.By identifying factors affecting the comfort experience of passenger seat IFE,16 subjects were tested.The variance method of two factors was used to analyze the changes of two factors under three different conditions.The mean value and standard deviation of passengers' comfort evaluation using ife display screen were listed under nine conditions.The relationship between independent variables and dependent variables was obtained.Thus,the optimal value,suitable value and economic value of seat space and IFE display height are obtained.he experimental results show that seat spacing and ideal display height have significant effects on comfort,and there is an interaction.The seat spacing of economy class passengers is 910 mm,and the top end of the display screen is 1260 mm above the ground.Passengers have the best comfort experience for IFE.The second is seat spacing of 860 mm,IFE height of 1260mm;The most uncomfortable experience was the seat spacing of 810 mm and the display height of1380 mm.(2)This paper analyzes the comfort height of aircraft table plates based on the pressure distribution,and obtains the experimental data of sitting body pressure distribution of subjects at different aircraft table plate heights through the body pressure measuring pad.and the subjective evaluation data are obtained by using the5-point comfort scale.The physiological measurement and the subjective evaluation data are studied in depth by combining the mean value analysis.The experimental results show that the average sitting pressure of different table board height is different,which is significantly related to the subjective comfort evaluation,and the comfort is the best when the fixed height of table board is 710 mm.(3)A new evaluation model of seat comfort is established.The index weight is given by experts and the experimental data of average sitting pressure.The comprehensive evaluation weight is calculated by AHP,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method and conclusion.
